Such a beautiful, modern, clean & well-laid out apartment. The location was nice & peaceful - the perfect atmosphere to write my upcoming book away from the distractions of day to day life. Jodie was a great host, communicating everything very clearly & maintaining privacy, but it was good to know she was available if needed. I’ll definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved the cottage, breakfast staples and the little extra treats left for us. Very pretty, even though it was cold and wintery you could tell the gardens will be stunning come spring. Thank you Peter and Jamie for welcoming us to your home 💜

I and my wife wanted to switch off from our daily chores and this place was perfect for that. Private, peaceful and beautiful surroundings (who doesn't want a vineyard right outside your balcony?) made our time really memorable. They had different kind of board games that we thoroughly enjoyed too. Wendy was always welcoming and kind to provide cookies and breakfast too. The best part was the visit to Eden and Merimbula which was half an hour away form this place so we got to explore both places at that time. Have to say it was a experience full of tranquillity. Would definitely go back again!!

We had a lovely stay at the Treetops Cottage. The accommodation was clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen. Sally was kind enough to have cofee, tea, milk and some other necessities on hand for us to use. This included Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash etc in the bathroom. Plenty of clean linens/pillows/towels/blankets were provided to use. The property was lovely and peaceful and matched the photos and description perfectly. It was nice to have a cozy space after long cold days in sports stadiums and the heating was adequate for the space. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was easy to use and perfect for my 11yr son. Sally and her partner were very lovely and welcoming while still allowing us our privacy, however made it known that we could reach out if anything was needed. I would not hesitate in recommending others to stay and would gladly return myself.

Shushana was a great host, very responsive and checked on us to make sure everything went well from checking in to checking out! She provided us with a basket of cereal and milk which we LOVED!!! Her place felt right at home, clean, cozy and peaceful! We will definitely be back again!

It was truly a lovely stay for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable ( I'm pretty fussy about mattress comfort). The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking easy. The plentiful drinks, fruits, bread, yoghurt, etc., were much appreciated. Having birds and bird seeds to feed them were a blessing. We loved the peaceful nature surroundings and convenient location to sightsee around Mornington. Highly recommended!

The Apartment was immaculate. Has everything you need for your stay. The little extra touches were much appreciated. Very cozy. Great location, only a couple of minutes to the beach and shops. Will stay again.

Awesome place! Super cosy stay on a very rainy, cold weekend. Everything modern and in good working order. Fireplace heater was fabulous - it was turned on for a toasty arrival. All in all a great little place to have a nice weekend in.

Nice and quiet, beds were nice and solid feeling. Doonas were warm, which was lucky as it was a cold night. Overall a happy stay.

Jo was a fantastic host, friendly & responded quick to all messages & we enjoyed the flexibility offered for check in & check out. The property was exactly as portrayed - a big friendly space, toasty warm on our arrival on a freezing Winter's afternoon - it had a very well stocked kitchen & modern bathroom. Great location, easy walk to Piper St & even closer to the Mollison St shops, pubs & fantastic bakery. Thank you Jo for a great stay!

Had a lovely time in Mt Macedon enjoying the private and beautiful settings. Really appreciated how communicative and proactive Silje and Brett were. The bath was exceptional!

We had a wonderful two night stay at Paul’s place. Really well fitted out and comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. The spa is a great asset and lovely and warm on a cold winters night. Great fenced front veranda for dogs. Kobe the resident dog is lovely.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Especially loved the view and the wood heater and the fact that you are welcome to bring your fur baby (although we didn’t this time we will next time). We loved checking out the surrounding area and all it had to offer. Lovely hosts and very welcoming.

2 friends and l had a great weekend at Giustino’s Airbnb. We had a wedding in the Yarra Valley and Healesville was a great base. The Airbnb was cosy and looked like the pictures - we loved the decor and it was very clean and well equipped. Instructions were easy to follow and we were very appreciative of the treats left by the host - fresh bread, milk, eggs, a bottle of wine and even some fudge! Highly recommend

Lovely little abode that had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Good amount of space, both indoors and outside. It feels like you’re in nature with lovely views and ambiant fairy lights at night ✨ Only minor thing to note was that the bathroom had no door so can feel a little awkward, but we used the adjacent cupboard doors for extra privacy. Otherwise, very easy process for finding our way to and around the place. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed a winter weekend there and with inclement weather (not unexpected), it was a lovely place to kill time watching the weather roll in over the ocean and chill. Very well appointed and a comfy place to stay.

The cottage was perfect for two. Lovely sunny veranda for breakfast and sitting outside. Warm and cosy inside in the evening. I appreciated the small office space when I had some work to do. Yolande started us off with muesli, honey, bread, milk and yoghurt and she shared some biscuits she had baked one day. We walked down to the beachside walking path everyday. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast at local cafes in Sandringham Village. Such a wonderful location. Thanks Yolande.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stylish and comfortable accommodations. The two queen rooms and loft with double bunks were perfect for our group, providing ample space and privacy. The kitchen and living areas were well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The location is ideal, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. A very compact studio apartment separated from the main house by the carport . It is in a stunning and picturesque location and the apartment has a view into a lovely cottage garden with table and chairs . Bathroom was small but adequate with plenty of hot water and the bed was king size and very comfy . Rosemary and Jeremy were very helpful with their suggestions of what to do and where to go for walks etc in the snowy mountains . Good eating options within a 5 min drive . A great place to base yourself for enjoying the snowy mountains .
