Beautiful place, Jenny is so accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment is beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely gorgeous place, communicative host, lovely apartment. Very comfortable, light filled! The only thing to keep in mind is to be careful which elevators you take coming up from parking, we took the wrong one and had to end up walking around the building- but we never made the same mistake again. Definitely will book again!!

Nats place was exactly what we needed for our trip to catch up with family. Nat was ever so helpful and very responsive to messages. Apartment was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend Nat and her apartment if needing somewhere to stay Its so close to shops, restaurants and coffee. Will definitely be booking again A++++

Fantastic accommodation. Lovely location overlooking Lake Tuggeranong. Close to everything you might need - shops, restaurants, cafes et al. Stephanie is responsive and friendly.

Fantastic apartment. The host has set up this apartment to provide a quality experience. From the bath robes, linen and luxury towels to lovely furnishings and kitchen ware, you’ll be glad you stayed here. Super convenient location with local shopping and restaurants at your doorstep. Trams outside the door as well as South Yarra train station a quick walk away. Beautifully clean and presented this is one of the best airbnb apartments I have stayed in. We had a fantastic weekend on Southbank staying at Yi’s place! Check in was super easy and convenient, the apartment was in a great location, easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go, and it was clean, spacious and will be a lasting memory for our whole family. The pool and car park in the apartment building were also huge bonuses for us and our kids. We look forward to staying here again!

As a regular traveller to Melbourne and first time staying at Graces Apartment, it is definitely up there with one of the best places ive stayed at. Apartment was stocked with everything that was needed, was as clean as clean gets, easy access with secure carpark. Amazing communication from Grace, and happily help with any queries and questions i had. The perfect apartment for a nice getaway. Can confidently say that i will be a returning guest , without even thinking twice. HIGHLY recommended A+++++ 👌😁

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Great location! Apartment has incredible views and great amenities. The pool, sauna, and games room are all fantastic. Kitchen was set up really well, and it was great to have a washing machine & dryer. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but it was still a really nice stay. Showers were great and there was good water pressure and hot water. There are a lot of instructions to follow but all clearly outlined. The key pick up and parking could be a bit confusing but the photos really help.

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

Incredible apartment! Our whole stay was such a wonderful experience- great host, comfortable beds, huge living space and plenty of room for our kids with the 3 bedrooms, very handy having a carpark onsite and a beautiful indoor pool but the VIEW Is the best part of all- simply stunning during day and night. Can highly recommend!

Great location in the Melbourne CBD. We were a family of four and the place was loved by all. Could see Melbourne beauty from the comfort of our bed. MCG, Docklands, DFO, lots of food options are all nearby. Our host was very responsive and had provided clear instructions. Would love to visit and stay at the same place again :)

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Michelle was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Our kids had plenty to do, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, relaxing stay. We appreciated the little box of goodies and made great use of the pizza oven (amazing pizzas!) ans sauna. Bellavita has everything you need for a luxurious getaway.

Elbert was absolutely beautiful and the house was so modern and clean. Kate provided very lovely welcome touches - soft toys for the kids, yummy snacks, a lovely welcome letter. The house location was 2nd to none, everything was neat and clean. The back sitting room on the lake was such a lovely place to sit, relax with a cuppa, read a book and enjoy the peaceful lake views. The outdoor fire pit was organised and laid out, ready for us to use. I would def recommend Kate's Elbert to anyone thinking of visiting the area. You won't find a better place to relax

Gorgeous space and land, very clean, and mornings felt like waking up in a rainforest canopy. Absolutely spectacular bird song. Martin allowed me to park in the front parking spot which was great, because I was driving an SUV and was not comfortable backing out of the narrow driveway. The Sonos speakers made getting ready for my friend’s wedding nearby a delight. My only trouble was that I couldn’t get some of the spotlight style lights to turn on, on the second floor, which meant it was a bit darker in the evening upstairs than I’d usually prefer before bed, but this was only a very minor inconvenience. Overall, this is a gorgeous home and I loved spending time in it; it has really lovely romantic vibes — come solo, like I did, or this is a great space for a friend getaway or a few days away with a partner.

everything was exceptional the facilities, the equipment and especially the host. Certainly a 5 Star property
