Vacation rentals with a patio in Cowes

The place was very comfortable and extremely handy being close to everything. Sally was very obliging to all our requests. We would fully recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying there!

We stayed for couple of days and were provided with everything we wanted. We didn’t have to contact Grace, as all the instructions were provided beforehand. The view from bedroom and living room was breathtaking and that’s what you looking for during a staycation. House was very clean and tidy, situated in a great location closer to San Remo town centre. Thanks Grace for this lovely apartment.

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful! Andi was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The environment was peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay and enjoy holidays right in the heart.of Philip Island. History was very responsive and location was 5 mins from beach and 10 mins walk from main commercial area. Will surely book again.

My kids and I had such a lovely stay here. The kids said it felt like they were at home :) So lovely to be able to walk for yummy coffee and a lovely time at a beautiful beach. There were so many amazing toys and things for the kids to do at the apartment. Thanks for the scooters and wetsuits! Thanks for having us Amy, we will be back again.

5/5 - Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place. The place is exactly as described. The location is perfect for someone who is into the peaceful sea. Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island. Thanks Phil for making our trip enjoyable!

The apartment was wonderful, warm and inviting to say the least. So clean and comfortable with lots of little touches to let you know they’ve gone that extra mile and are passionate about presentation and fulfilling their guest’s expectations. Cosy place to spend the long weekend. Perfect space for my little family. Had everything we needed and was clean and nicely styled. The sheets and towels were super luxe, kitchen well stocked (plenty of pods for the coffee machine!) and the garden was fun to explore. Surroundings are peaceful and close to the beach, koala park and Phillip Island. I recommend Euro Eats in Grantville for some delicious Greek food, and Bassine Cheeses is worth a visit too. Hope to be back soon!

Perfect place for a short Phillip island stay. Walkable to Cowes central amenities and beach. There's also a small park with playground nearby for the kids. The property had great views as it seemed to be the only two storey house in its vicinity. The dual living space upstairs and downstairs was great to give the kids some privacy to play. Host was great too, very responsive, and was accommodating to requests.

The floor and furniture are super clean. The house is of a good size for small family. There are handrails on both sides of stairs, so it’s easy for small kids to climb up and down. Conveniently located close to the Main Street in Cowes. It would be better to provide more details and photos to guide check in.

Absolutely loved staying at Abby’s place, it was beautiful and decorated so nicely. My friends and I loved that there was information on things to do and that there was lots of space for all of us. Found it so cosy (couches and beds were to die for) and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much Abby :)

Jessica's place was big and modern, with a balcony view of the ocean - about a 2 min walk to the sea, and lovely morning light. A short drive into Cowes, and a good base for a Philip island stay and visit to the penguins and blowhole... She was incredibly responsive and accomodating - which is not always the case with airbnb hosts , so I welcomed that. Thank-you! It would suit a larger group as the living space is grand. One thing I would consider about the three bedrooms downstairs is that the heating downstairs does not really stretch to all of the bedrooms, and the bedding provided was quite light. While perfect for Summer, the bedrooms did not have individual heating, so we were glad to have sleeping bags and spare blankets in our cars to stay warm. Overall, I'd love to come back with a group and have a great base for Summer, or anytime...

Kath’s place is a hidden gem. We had lots of great walks with our extended family and puppy along the grass and the beach. A short drive from Cowes means that it is quiet and feels rural. The house is well made up and equipped. We got into the coffee maker! Hope to come back some time.

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! Hosting a group of 15 is no small task, but this place was perfect, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The common areas were great for gathering, and there were enough beds and bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable. The view from the upper floor is just absolutely beautiful. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our group getaway. Highly recommend for large groups. Would absolutely book again!

We really loved our 5 night stay for our dog holiday. Steve was really responsive and communication was great. The location was so peaceful and quiet and perfect for walks to the beach as very little traffic in the area. The house was well equipped and we enjoyed and already miss the fireplace. The patio area was perfect place to sit and read or eat. Yard is massive and very secure for pets or kids which we really appreciated as many places say they are safely fenced but are not. The house is split level and there are stairs inside and out so some dogs or little ones might struggle, otherwise it was perfect house and location for our stay.
