Super clean and nice place to stay for family for a short visit in LA. - 30-1hr drive away from main touristy spots in LA (already very reasonable commute time because it's LA traffic ) - Close to groceries and great and affordable Asian restaurants if you don't choose to eat in central LA areas - The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, has two parking spaces, spatial backyard and plenty of entertainment in the house to keep our toddler busy - The house has everything you need, even surprised to find air fryer If I have to be super picky, I wish the place would have fewer plugin air freshener, it smells nice but a bit too much fragrance for my toddler.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Shant's condo was exactly as advertised and he was an excellent host. There was one small glitch when the parking pass did not work, but this was not as big a problem as it would have been if we were using it frequently. We love to walk, so the location was just fine. Also recommended is getting s Metro Pass which allows you to ride all busses and trains, and these are myriad in the area.

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
