Vacation rentals with a patio in Coverciano

Gabriella (and her incredibly nice accommodation) undoubtedly gets 5 out of 5 stars. Her warm welcome, helpful tips and nice attention gave us a perfect, safe and soothing stay. She's probably the best host we've ever had!

Super modern and clean place , the communication was excellent, helping to us for anything we need it. The location is amazing just a block of the Duomo, the information and communication was amazing too, Thank you for helping us with the taxi, Thank you for the amenities , for the water and the bottle of delicious Proseco. The apartment is located near the Cascine, a 5-minute walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late check-out, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11:00 a.m. but in the afternoon... thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

Great apartment. Great location. A little disappointing to go outside and see the outdoor area dusty and not set up for guests. The outdoor space had empty pots and non of the decorations from the photos, BUT the lush garden around and at the top of the stairs was really lovely, and made up for it. The kitchen had what you need, and what was lacking, the host was quick to remedy. I would recommend this place.

If you’d like to visit Florence but you prefer to sleep in a quiet neighborhood then Sabrina’s place is a great choice! The host Sabrina (and her mother) are very kind and responsive and the city is easily accessible by bus. One remark however is that during the day the place can get very hot (however, chances are high that you will be visiting Florence throughout the day, so than it doesn’t matter at all) and the installed airconditioning can not manage to cool everything down to a decent level. In the night we slept with windows open which is possible thanks to the musquito nets installed and then everything is fine, even though during the day it was 35°C outside! To conclude: we absolutely recommend this accomodation.

Rebecca has curated a space with intention and care — the result is a cozy spot that makes the perfect home-base for exploring Florence. She was kind enough to let us store our bags after check-out, and quick to respond to every question. The space was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views were icing on the cake.

A quiet, impeccably furnished heaven. Every need provided for, slept tremendously in the quiet, loved the tiny village two shops and the backyard an oasis from a busy life. Thank you Leonardo. We cannot wait to return.

We stayed 2 nights at Tom's. The accommodation at Tom's was very cozy. We felt very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy and very tastefully decorated. Everything was well explained and despite the hot temperatures in Florence, the apartment was pleasantly cool. We found the almost silent air conditioning in all rooms particularly impressive. By tram, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, you can be in the center in 15 minutes, so you can also make a detour back to the apartment at noon in the midday heat to rest. We will be happy to come back. However, you should not stop directly in front of the apartment to unload the suitcases, the neighbor is very unfriendly. There is plenty of parking near the apartment, as well as small cafes, supermarkets and everything you need for a stay

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We loved our stay. Just a short walk or bus to the centre of Florence. We adored the space, felt like a true taste of Italy. The hosts were so helpful and went above and beyond when my partners bag was lost by the airline at the airport. They helped us organise getting it to the airbnb. We are super thankful and grateful for that. The dogs were SO cute also, but only met them as we were leaving the property.

We had a great stay in Frederico’s place. He was super responsive and helpful. Location was very walkable to many of Florence’s attractions.

Everything was excellent. The only issue is the air condition, it was not cooling and the weather was hot .

I was a wonderful place, a home for our few days stay. All important things were walkable. Great nearby restaurant recommendations. Host was lovely. Great spot , in a great area . Bakery and really good grocery near by.

Staying at Fabrizio’s place in Florence was an absolute pleasure. From the moment i booked, Fabrizio was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear directions, great local recommendations, and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in being a great host, and it shows. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. Absolutely loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of the city center. Everything was walkable 😍 The room was exactly as advertised and Alessandra was a superb host, friend, responsive and great recommendations. I recommend to go here if you are about to visit Florence

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
