We had a pleasant stay in this spacious house, ideal for our group of two families. Upon arrival, we found a clean and well-appointed house. The stone structure and antique decor add a rustic and original touch that makes the atmosphere unique and very warm. The pool was a real asset which allowed us to have great moments of relaxation and play. The garden, very well maintained, offered a beautiful and unobstructed view, adding a peaceful setting to our stay. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice modern house, very well-equipped. Inviting pool with lots of amenities. The laundry room and outdoor toilet are very convenient when swimming. Accessible to Porto in 35 minutes. A great place to stay with driving distance of Great Douro wineries, miradouro with an incredible view of the valley. Very clean, large and more beautiful than the photos show. Vitor and Marilia are great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there..

The space visited is truly welcoming, offering what is strictly necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The simplicity of the place and the houses does not compromise the quality of the experience, providing an environment where you feel at home. One of the most notable points is the complete isolation of the site. This feature guarantees an atmosphere of tranquility, ideal for those looking for a refuge away from the noise and hustle and bustle of urban life. Peace and silence are predominant, excellent for walking tours, reading, photographs, etc. In addition, we had the opportunity to interact with the very friendly and kind locals allowing us to participate with the children in their tasks with the animals. In short, this space is an excellent choice for those looking for a simple but welcoming environment. We were two families and we used both houses, an ideal situation because the common spaces are to share. Thanks ! Silvia.

It was very pleasant, both at the location level, and at the level of hospitality and space (indoor and outdoor). The space is how they present the photos. The house is very well equipped and very modern. Place is very quiet. The entire outdoor space was very well taken care of. We were very well received, the hosts are very friendly and concerned for the well-being of the guests. We definitely recommend it and hope to come back one day.

Everything was perfect and with all the amenities explained in the listing. Isabelle has always been responsive to any need. Their lovely and close parents, they made us feel very comfortable.

Great house for a few quiet days with a group of friends!

The view from this home is priceless. It is spacious and very comfortable. The power went out multiple times but always came right back on. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests.

The house is as described. Beautiful, thoughtful, clean and tidy. With a modern and very functional rehabilitation. Very abundant firewood available for the stove, which will be a good need if you like us you have a cold weather on the days you stay in the house. As the only negative point, the existence of another house a few meters away in the same estate deprives this accommodation of excellence, although if you book the 2 homes with a group or family of friends, this is solved😉. Communication with Vila Nova de Cerveira is very good if you have a vehicle.

The stay was excellent: The house, the impeccable pool, the surroundings, the vineyards, and the kindness and excellence of the hosts. The vacation days we spent here were ideal. The best on the route. We were next to Amarante, which pleasantly surprised us, and other cities to visit, 1 hour drive away. Thanks Osvaldo and Magdalena and family for being such good hosts!

The home is beautiful. It use close to many great destinations. My girlfriend and I loved it so much we extended the stay 2 additional weeks. Very clean and spacious. The host was very responsive and accommodating to any and all questions. I would highly recommend this host and home to others. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Felipe's apartment a lot. We traveled with a 1 year old kid and Felipe provided everything we needed, e.g. a baby chair, toys, and a lot more. Whenever we needed something, Felipe and his family were available for us. A very nice gesture was that we were provided with local food (we got bread every single morning!), we got home-grown eggs and vegetables from the really friendly family. The apartment itself was nice equipped and looked like on the pictures. The environment was really peaceful in the nature. It was a bit far off, it takes 25 minutes to get to the next bigger towns or to the beach (Viana do Castelo, Ancora, Moledo, Caminha, etc.) and the roads were good but very windy.

It was a memorable vacation. The farm is amazing, with so many things to see and do. We'll be back for sure.

I was in the house of Mr. Júlio and I am allowed to say it is simply beautiful! The atmosphere is super quiet, with a breathtaking view. The house is all equipped, with all the utensils you may need. The fireplace warms the whole house very well, and also has air conditioning to ensure comfort at any time of the year. Mr. Julio was a very friendly and welcoming host. I recommend this house 100% to everyone! A quiet, spacious and comfortable place. Definitely a wonderful experience!

very quiet place, there is everything you need to spend an unforgettable time, the owners thought of everything to the smallest detail. we felt at home, and will be happy to come back again.

Wonderful Country House for Holiday in Gerês. Close to several areas of the Natural and Minho Park, cozy and in the middle of nature. Silent mountainside street overlooking the mountains, complete with everything a person may need for cooking (minus one oven, but okay). We were a couple with two small dogs that loved the fenced backyard. The week we spent there we saw from the window cows grazing and a shepherd with sheep. Even a fantastic experience to relax the city. The host was very attentive and sent many tips and the point of maps to the house, checked in smoothly, the car was parked on the front terrain without any problems.

Ana’s place is a perfect hidden getaway surrounded by amazing views of the countryside and mountains. A car is a necessity. Beautiful flowers, fresh fruit and veggies all around, this place was a great quiet break from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were greeted by Ana’s mother who accommodated a late night check in and was there to help any questions we had. Our secondary host, Quarantine the cat, also made sure we had company for our entire stay and was a real delight to have around. Great peaceful escape!

It was an amazing weekend. We felt at home. We enjoyed the cold nights by the fireplace and with family games. Our pet was super happy with the green areas. Clean and comfortable linens. In addition to excellent communication with the host, always available and polite.

Second stay at Isabel's and still just as satisfied. The house is always very clean, well-stocked and well-equipped. Proximity to big cities (Barcelos, Braga…) but the quietness of the countryside. Ideal for vacation. I recommend Isabel for her kindness and responsiveness. The house for its space and amenities. Thanks again for everything and see you soon 🎉
