Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

Atypical house located in the heart of nature between woods and scrubland. Facing south with beautiful sunshine, beautiful views, silence, and a starry sky. All the conditions to unwind in peace. It is only 1.5 km from the village (market, restaurant). Very good Wi-Fi connection. You can immediately set off on the many hiking trails. In the surrounding area, 3 lakes for swimming and the gorges of the Aude (canoe, kayak, raft). Bars, restaurants, supermarket 8 km away.

The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Ideal for creative getaways as a couple or family, for people who like to hike, cook (our kitchen is ideal for gourmets) and just relax. Our small house is the perfect base for exploring this fascinating region of southern France, the heart of Cathar Country.
