A very cosy place, easy to find with a welcoming feel.

This was the first time me and my family has went out of the country together. All of us felt right at home walking into the house. Everyone enjoyed the space in the house and being located almost in the middle of Ireland made it convenient to travel to most sites we wanted to visit. Sandra was the most gracious host. She had extra touches in the house for my family which made it special to our visit. She was easy to get in touch with and this made our over all experience great. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay here!

Muirt’s place is wonderful. Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a restful stay. Muirt was a fantastic host and very responsive. He really went above and beyond. He left us his umbrella to use in the rain and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was a very nice touch. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend his place. Thank you!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. The accommodation was very clean, roomy, private and cosy. We both slept very well. There were lots of extras provided such as milk, treats, cereals etc. Joseph was very friendly and welcoming. I can certainly recommend this Airbnb and we will certainly return during our next visit to Ireland.

We were visiting to go by an old friends grave nearby, but in the end the location is really very convenient. We were an hour from Shannon airport which was nice because it was rural, but close. We had an extra few hours and popped down to Cork. We will stay here going forward if travelling to or from Shannon. Communication was excellent. Just all good!

Tom and Moira were gracious hosts, great contact throughout with plenty of helpful information. Apartment was a great location for a local wedding.

A large, bright and pleasant accommodation: room for our son, very comfortable bedding, a very well heated farmhouse. Being able to watch the cows being milked and visiting the farm was a plus. Convenient and clean, no frills: accommodation exactly as we needed it, to take a 2-day break, in the countryside, during our 2-week Irish road trip.

We stayed for a friends wedding. The apartment was very nice and host was super helpful. We went to shops, takeaways and for coffee and everyone we met was very friendly.

Excellent stay at Shad’s apartment. Beautiful countryside setting, peace & quiet just as we wanted. It was very easy to find and was a home away from home. It was well equipped with everything we needed & really comfortable. I highly recommend Shad’s apartment. He is a fantastic host, so helpful, friendly & welcoming.

Rebecca is a wonderful hostess, nothing is too much trouble for her. She had stocked the fridge with fresh milk and also provided bread and fruit.

Eileen's place was absolute serenity. Super quiet and a wonderful place to come back to after a busy day out exploring. Only a 10 minute drive into Tullamore, so easy access to shops and restaurants. We found it a great central location to enjoy day trips from. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet base.

Lovely apartment to rest and relax. It is located on the edge of town but only a few mins drive away. The apartment is surrounded by green fields, woodland and nature. The terrace is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The apartment is well equipped and homely. Tom and his wife are friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place for what I needed!

Great place, ideal for a couple exploring Athlone and the surrounding areas. The guys were super responsive and all information was to hand. Very cool LED light features and an amazing shower!!

Loretta’s guesthouse is very high level quality for Airbnb. I have stayed in many Airbnbs but none were anywhere near as good as this one. It is absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it enough justice. It is extremely clean, practical and beautiful. Loretto is an extremely welcoming host. What a pleasure to have met her. I can understand the previous reviews where someone said she didn’t want to leave. The bed is very comfy and made up with exquisite linen. The sitting/sun room looks out onto the well kept garden. A pure slice of heaven. We HIGHLY recommend it. 🌸🌼

Excellent accomodation right in the heart of Athlone. Parking literally next door and within walking distance to Bars and Restuarants. Seans bar is less than a minutes walk. The apartment is nice and modern, exceptionally clean and although its next to the road, it still feels private.

The apartment was in the perfect location for us and had everything we needed.
