Cool, Clean air inside safe & quiet studio

Studio apartment. Now running air through filter in the central air system. Also large quiet purifier unit in the studio with both charcoal and HEPA filters.. check in without contact with hosts. Covered parking Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower, No smokers, no partying; ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Tastefully decorated by Janet in nautical style as the “The Anchorage Suite”. Situated in the prestigious and historic Whitworth University neighborhood, very close to many shops and restaurants on Spokane’s North side. Suitable for adults only. Hot tub use included. Entrance thru garage, however the suite itself is fully private.

Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Private basement suite near Whitworth University.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
