Marissa & Jason's place offers an incredibly convenient way to walk to all the various shops and restaurants in downtown Sedona. The place was very clean, well-organized, and quiet. While the rental is a duplex, the shared wall with the surrounding unit is the living room/dining room area, so the bedrooms were blissfully quiet. The amenities were great and as-described. The beds were comfortable and there were ample spare blankets for cooler evenings. The parking was convenient and easy to find as well. The kitchen equipment worked well for our daily breakfasts and would've been more than sufficient for more involved meals. We appreciated the filtered water pitcher provided in the fridge as well to keep us topped up for hiking. We had a small snafu following check-in missing some towels, but the hosts responded very quickly and dropped off the towels shortly after bringing it to their attention. Their instructions and communication were top notch. We'd gladly stay again.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfy and the master bathroom was beautifully renovated. We used the spa which was a perfect treat! Everything you need at your fingertips! We loved our visit!

Chelsea’s place was great four our group of four! It is the perfect location for hiking and great restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect quiet space for a self care weekend. Hiking pass, nice deck for reading and hot tub for relaxing. I walked to dinner twice during my stay.

Javelina Hideaway was an outstanding Airbnb experience! We loved the setup of the house and I think we used all the amenities (hot tub, washer/dryer, kitchen, streaming TV). Everything was spotless and as described. The welcome book pointed us to a few hikes and restaurants that we weren't aware of. Really appreciate Jesse being such a proactive communicator and excellent host.

We had a great stay here- the house is everything you could want and more. Stacy was an incredible host- very informative and responded quickly which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area!

As another review said, “if you’re on the fence, just book it.” So glad we did! What an amazing spot. So thankful we got to stay! Hope to be back soon. Christopher was so attentive. He checked in every day, offered recommendations, and was extremely accommodating!

We stayed here for spring break with our son, who got to see Sedona for the first time. The house is beautiful, well decorated, and well equipped. Our son LOVED the video games. And, of course, the view off the back deck is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and private, and is in easy reach of some great stores, restaurants, and local attractions. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Sedona now, and look forward to coming back.

Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice and quiet. It was great to walk to nearby restaurants. Lots of hiking nearby too. Would definitely stay again.

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay in Cottonwood. It was an excellent location for seeing the area. Very peacefull at night and we loved lazing around the pool. Some minor maintenance issues that may need a look at but otherwise a fantastic stay and well worth booking.

This was a very comfortable place for our group of 5 to stay--nice sitting areas inside and out, a good dining area and well equipped kitchen. I'd recommend it.

Great location and home base for exploring Sedona and the beautiful surroundings. The house offers lovely views and plenty of space. Some of the amenities need a little TLC, but that didn’t take away from the experience or our enjoyment of the house. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept great! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great home with superb access to trails. Four bedrooms give the ability to host a relatively large group. Three couples would be comfortable there.

House was adorable! Looked even better than the pictures! Karlee was an amazing host from our very first email! She was helpful and brought over roaster for our kids to make smores, mailed us things we left behind and checked to make sure we were settled in! Perfect rental and perfect host!

Julie was a fantastic host! She was very responsive & even let us in earlier than planned. Upon arrival, the house looked even better in person than photos! We would’ve loved to stay longer. We would definitely recommend booking Julie’s home for your vacation!

Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

We had a great time on our family vacation here. The place was perfect for our stay and in a very convenient location for seeing Sedona and its neighboring towns.

This place was amazing. The house provides unbelievable views of the red rocks, and it’s walkable to all the uptown shops and restaurants! The pictures can’t fully convey the peaceful and cozy feeling you get when you walk inside. Oh, and it was spotless and very well-equipped. Beds were comfy, too!
