The place was exactly as pictured—clean and without any surprises. Check-in was easy, even after dark, and Andy provided clear and helpful instructions. It's about a 20-minute drive to Sedona. A great spot for 2–3 people visiting the park.

A Beautiful place to stay and Relax. The rooms and ranch are roomy and tranquil plus you have a Wonderful Host and staff that are quick to respond. A True Sanctuary. ❤️ 🕊️

I would recommend this home for everyone if you’d love a beautiful getaway. Walking distance to some nice trails and very peaceful and quiet.

We loved staying in the Dragonfly Cottage. Small, efficient, beautifully appointed. We enjoy Sedona, but really enjoyed staying out of the hubub this time. It was an easy, beautiful drive in to hikes and restaurants. I'm looking forward to staying again!

Andy was very communicative before check in and throughout our stay. His Tiny Home was exactly as described, and nestled in a beautiful area just outside Sedona. We arrived at sunset and it was just beautiful driving in. Would definitely stay again! Can comfortably host 4.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to great hiking and easy drive to restaurants, uptown, etc. Casita has everything you would need. Very clean and inviting! Highly recommend.

I didn’t analyze the whole park very closely, but I believe this is best spot in the park! The river was only a couple yards away and was amazing for bird watching. The wood ducks were awesome. The tiny home was simple but perfect for our needs.

Our stay at Tamara'a Place was very nice! It's in a quiet, well-kept, pretty neighborhood and was easy to get to. The decription was very accurate and Tamara was very responsive, thorough and friendly and gave us some recommendations for local cuisine. We enjoyed the outdoor space off the front of the house and the beds were comfortable. The couch was very comfortable also!

We had an amazing stay at Eden's place. We loved relaxing and cooking in the beautiful garden. The cottage is cosy, clean and comfortable. The cottage is close to lots of hiking trails. You can park at Crescent Moon Ranch and walk to Cathedral Rock, which saves you having to drive all the way around to the trail head, where the parking lot fills early. Eden is a friendly, welcoming host. We'll be back again soon!

From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—our host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable—exactly what we were hoping for during our time in such a beautiful place. Every little detail was thought through, and it really felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem if you're visiting Sedona!

Our stay was so memorable for our family. Our goal this Spring Break was to connect with the outdoors focusing less on commercialized comforts & more on nature & memories with family. The Stagecoach was such a wonderful segue for us between tent camping & heading home. It provided us with small doses of luxuries our tent didn’t accommodate (beds, hot tub, fire pit, ac/heating, etc) while still providing us the space to remain connected without distractions. Additionally, when our hiking stop in Lake Powell fell through, Kim accommodated us with a last minute extension. It kept our trip moving smoothly. We are so grateful for her kindness. The location is off the beaten path, in a secure area, with friendly neighbors. The location is a perfect host to sunrises & sunsets, & provides unobstructed views of the night sky. If you’re looking for a clean, memorable space to disconnect (comfortably), this is the perfect fit for solo, couples, or family getaways. You won’t be disappointed.

Sam’s place was beautiful, nicely decorated, and had enough space for two people. The location was great, and the provided instructions were very informative and helpful. We had everything we could possibly need. I would highly recommend Sam’s place to anyone visiting Sedona.

You couldn’t ask for a better Air BnB experience! Beginning at booking, from thoughtful hosts and attention to detail, to the perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona, but perfectly located close to Sedona and Cottonwood, and everything in between. A truly excellent experience - probably my best AirBnB experience to date! Wonderful stay! Very peaceful place with the occasional friendly farm dog paying you a visit! This was probably one of the cleanest stays I've ever been at and I loved it. I also appreciated the delicious farm fresh eggs! I'd definitely stay here again if I got the chance.

Loved this place! Welcoming guest house nestled in the middle of everything Sedona. Dolan and Megan were super friendly and helpful! Cannot recommend this spot enough!

A great location in west Sedona! Within walking distance of some trails and a short drive to many restaurants, grocery stores and other sites. The place was quiet and very clean. The small hot tub was great when we had a cold day during our stay. Theresa and Pete were very communicative and friendly!

Darren and Katy, the hosts, were wonderful people! Katy responds to messages very quickly and happily answered any of my questions. She gave a long list of local restaurants in and around the area as well as fun activities to do when the weather was nice. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. We had snow during our stay and it was just as breathtaking. Would highly recommended staying at Darren and Katy’s place!

It was a pleasure staying at John’s! The place was extremely clean, peaceful and close proximity to amazing hikes in Sedona. John was also very kind and I’m glad we had the opportunity for a quick conversation before I checked out. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful property, exactly as described! The sound of the creek & the views of Cathedral Rock while soaking in the hot tub are worth the money! The bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. The location of the property is in close proximity to some good restaurants but also away from the high traffic area uptown which is nice. Loved that we could do a hike along the creek straight from the backyard. Can’t wait to stay again! Of note- there were guests in the yurt during our stay and they kept their distance but you could see them while you were enjoying the hot tub. The host did say they are working on the privacy wall (just waiting on some things to come in to make that happen and still look beautiful). There will be foot traffic during the day, sunset, and sometimes morning due to the nearby park/trail that is open to the public. The Airbnb is private property and clearly marked though which is great! The place has everything you need. Great location and views. Will be back!

So cute and comfortable with an excellent Location to strawberry//Pine . This sweet home is very special with Nice touches added to make you feel at home. Spotless cleaning. We loved the large Outdoor deck and ample parking for more than one car. We felt safe walking the neighborhood and Saw Elk . Scott was an excellent communicator. I will definitely stay here again.

I traveled by myself, the Casita was perfect . I got my groceries at Basha's down the hill, there's a Starbucks inside and a coffee shop next door. I enjoyed cooking my meals with the hot plate and the convection oven. I brought some reflective gear and good thing, it was dark walking up the hill at night. It was central for me. I also really enjoyed taking an outdoor shower, once you get the hot water going it feels great! The bed was comfortable. It was private with it's own entrance, I had a lovely stay, Thank you Laura!

We had an amazing time at Todd’s place. A perfect place to retreat for a long weekend. Very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Todd was very responsive. The scenery was breathtaking beyond compare.
