David & Jacqui are incredibly lovely hosts. You can tell at all times that your well-being is very important to them. From your arrival to your departure. Wonderful people who become friends. The accommodation is beautiful. Of course, the view deserves special mention. The sea and the mountains are at your feet. A place where you can completely relax. WiFI is up to date, works perfectly and there are some books and TV. The spa area is very spacious and the pool is beautiful. You can walk to Comares, where there are shops and restaurants. A beautiful place for which holidaymakers come from far and wide. You get to know the world anew while you relax under almond and olive trees. Your dogs are an added bonus to make you feel at home. The open-plan living area is very nice. They pay attention to detail to make you feel at home. The barbecue&wine is ready and there is plenty of space to relax. Garret and Jackie welcomed us into their home like we were old friends. The accommodation is pristine, with ample room in each villa to allow for privacy, or communal areas to enjoy congregating with the hosts/other guests. You can tell they are very proud of their home and are constantly working on it. They were also very patient and attentive to our boisterous 3 year old boy, which was so nice and allowed us to relax knowing someone was always watching his movements. The location is perfect if you want to explore Andalusia, and we took advantage to visit Antequera, El Torcal national park, Ronda and Cordoba to name a few. The residence is located at the base of the hills of a national park, with stunning views. The local town is quaint and has everything you need should you venture for walk. The villas are beautifully decorated in a very authentic Andalusian style. We loved this trip and Garret and Jackie were a huge factor in that. Thank you both for a wonderful experience.

The house is beautiful and very charming, in a lovely village. The area is very relaxing, with a lovely view from the roof terrace over the mountains. The local people are very friendly and we enjoyed a few evenings in Piki bar which is 2 minutes walk from the house. Floris was really helpful and communicated very well ahead of our trip and whilst we were out there. We would definitely recommend Canar and this house specifically for anyone looking for a relaxing stay away

The best Airbnb we have ever rented. Patricia is an amazing host with so many great recommendations and she made us feel very at home and at ease. Her home is absolutely stunning and the perfect setting to unwind and relax. Will definitely be back again. Thank you so much we loved it!

The villa is absolutely stunning. The views were amazing and we had everything we needed. Stephen was a great help if we needed any advice on the local area or transfers he was on the ball. Great host, great stay!!!

Frigiliana We selected Camilas house for our one-week stay because of the beautiful surroundings of Frigiliana and we did not regret our choise. We enjoyed the Moresque influenced clean but robust design of the house, the remote sea view as well as the peaceful surrounding nature. A car is definitely a must for accessing this hillside location, but actually it took us less than five minutes to drive to Frigiliana and twenty to Nerja and the coast. The house is spacey with a well equipped kitchen, small dining room, large bedrooms and cozy sittning areas, several outfoor terraces giving opportunity to enjoy the sun or shadow throughout the day. We did not miss the TV at all. Heating elements were provided in every room. We also enjoyed the pool area! We found nice restaurants in nearby Frigiliana and visited also the magnificent Nerja caves and made one day-trip to Alhambra. Camila and Pati (the local host) were always friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with.

Remote escape to Andalusian countryside. The villa was lovely. Quiet, peaceful & idyllic. Situated atop a hill with unobstructed views across hills & plantations with sea in the distance. The villa was clean, comfortable, and with all essentials. Some people may find this villa too isolated, but this is what we wanted (needed!). There is a small supermarket in Benamargosa (10 min drive), and large hypermarket in Vélez-Málaga (30 min). You'll need to travel distance to eat out. Challenging 10 min drive between Benamargosa & the villa: single windy mountain track and last minute on unsealed road - safe but for a confident driver. Take it slow & you'll be fine (the drive to the reservoir is more challenging, & don't turn left at the STOP sign down onto Cala Ermita unless your car is small!). We stayed in March, so chilly evenings indoors (wood fire was cosy), but ideal for warmer months. Only struggle was water pressure/flow in showers. Wilm a very helpful & responsive host. Would return.

Jennyleigh and Terry were wonderful hosts. Really friendly and so helpful. In fact I got a bit lost one morning in the village trying to find my way to a particular path! And Jennyleigh walked to meet me and showed me where to go. Pretty simple, not sure how I got myself so lost! Highly recommend their place. Location was great, right in the centre of the village. Apartment was clean and everything I needed for a wonderful few days. The village was very welcoming and friendly too. Definitely want to come back and next time bring my husband!

The kids were excited to play in the pool and nature. At night you can see many stars. The house is cozy, clean. Cortijo gave us detailed instructions on places to go and restaurants nearby. I was always very touched by your kind words. There were many different and nice scenery around, so I enjoyed it every day.
