Very nice, quietly located house (I rarely heard the church bells); you can walk immediately into the fields, it is well connected, and right next door is a good restaurant. By bike you can reach the sea in 20 minutes - with a great beach! I immediately felt at home and slept veeeery well. Pas is super helpful and responds immediately if there is an issue. If necessary, there is even a mobile fence so that the dog can go outside (if it is not too wild). The only thing I, a sun worshiper, missed in April was a protected, sunny place outside - the windows face west, the terrace is on the north side. Optimal in summer. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Le Crotoy thanks to Cynthia, our attentive host. She prepared a little cocoon for us where we immediately felt comfortable. Everything was planned so that we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great experience, Cynthia.

I was with my two 9 and 11-year-old girls at Marilyn's and we were very excited. We felt comfortable in the very well-equipped accommodation, also spent 3 days exclusively in the yard/in the large quiet garden to play there, to read and simply to unwind. In 20 - 30 minutes by car you are in various seaside resorts, all of which have something to offer - especially very long and wide beaches. Great viewpoints are also nearby. Marilyn gave us excursion tips and spoiled us with tarte au pomme and mousse au chocolat, among other things. Since we unfortunately do not speak French, the majority of communication was limited to writing via Airbnb, which I find very unfortunate, as I would have liked to talk to Marilyn, tell her about our excursions and also about our life at home. We saw and learned a lot during our time in France and will definitely be back.

Conan and his parents were excellent hosts! Thank you for your kindness, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast was a lovely touch. The scenery here is beautiful, I wish we had longer to explore it!

Rachel & Karen went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. The Nest was immaculately clean and had all the amenities you could need (it even had coffee bags). The scones were very tasty and fresh. The nest is a lovely place for a getaway and the hosts are always on hand if you need any help (like making sure the TV is working in time to watch Casualty!)

We felt there was plenty of time to spend in the spa before 11pm. Loved the breads in the morning thank you. Amazing stay and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cosy lodge. Jill really has thought of everything. Even beach towels for us and little doggy! The lodge was very clean and modern and we felt right at home. The location is great with a lovely, flat walk into Deal with the Walmer castle and Deal castle easily within walking distance. Jill’s communication was excellent and was flexible with timings and gave great recommendations.

Great place, very clean. The listing does not match the photos but we were briefly notified by the host when booking. Good location close to the beach and its restaurants.

Perfect base for a trip around the WW1 battlefields, so much to see and all so do-able from here. The peace and quiet was perfect and the sunsets sat on the deck on an evening with a drink were to die for. We were extremely lucky with the weather, the cottage had all we needed and was very private indeed.

We had a great time. The accommodation is quietly located in the heart of nature. The accommodation is very well equipped. Johanna shared her tips for getting to know the area and we weren't disappointed. If you are looking for a quiet, green place, I would recommend it without hesitating!

Barry's place is just great. Cute little apartment but it has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. They were so nice to also leave stuff for breakfast in the fridge. Very nice touch. They are a very friendly and very warm couple and we loved meeting them. Parking is also great right infront of the apartment's door. Worth mentioning: The sofa bed is very comfortable. I was able to get a very good night's sleep because main bed was used by my wife and baby. The apartment can easily sleep 4 people. Recommended.

The space was great with real comfort for three. Olivier was great following my desperate message about not finding a hair dryer, so he bought one during the day, thanks to the next tenants to leave it for others 😉 Everything was perfect, we'll come back in good weather to enjoy the outdoors!

We had a lovely weekend in Melanie's big cottage. The accommodation is very cozy, tastefully decorated and very clean with all the necessities available. We were very well hosted by Anne. The only downside is, as already indicated, the very narrow and not very reassuring spiral staircase... But Anne assured us that it will be replaced soon. Also, upstairs, you have to pay attention to the various low or through beams. The floor is very noisy/creaky when you move around. However, we will be back with great pleasure:)

Excellent hosting! Comfortable and impeccable accommodation! Quiet neighborhood. Numerous accessible walking sites nearby, perfect for walks with our dog!
