With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. Apartment at the floor of a residential building, with one bedroom. Fully renovated and decorated by Isabelle (Interior Opal). Sea view, access to the beach by crossing the lawn 150m away. Secure residence with video intercom. Shared bike garage for the entire building, but without any insurance. Two bicycles available free of charge under conditions. The children's beach games are right in front of open access! Close-by shops and restaurants.

Sea view apartment with bedroom and private jacuzzi area with sea view. Hotel bedding for your convenience. Warm stone, infrared and light therapy relaxation area. Patio bathroom with kitchen area consisting of a fridge/microwave/cooktop/Senseo coffee maker and cutlery. The minimum is offered for "breakfast" (coffee, tea, sugar, 2 vacuum-packed rolls, 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of orange juice). Hours are 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. Have a great stay.
