The historic town of Canterbury is a 10 minute drive and beaches can be found 30 minutes away.

There is plenty to do in the local area with the Royal Military Canal, Port Lympne zoo, Folkestone Harbour Arm, and the beaches of Hythe and Dymchurch all close by.

All located 100 m from the sea and 10 min walk from amenities.
