Amandine is a very thoughtful, responsive and friendly host. We were very well received and had a warm contact while being discreet. The outside (garden) is very pleasant, there is everything you need for children and the pool is great (heated by heat pump, Amandine accepted without problem to increase the temperature for the comfort of children). The house is well equipped, especially in terms of bed linen and towels, which are clean and smell good. The bedding in the parent rooms was very comfortable. The house is very well located to access quite quickly by car to Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet, Saint Jean de Luz, Hossegor... The beautiful beach of La Piste in Capbreton is 15 minutes by car. We had a great family holiday in a beautiful area that we didn't know! Thanks!

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

We had a great time at Florie's house. Everything was as described, the amenities were at the top of the plancha up to the bathroom equipment. We were able to make the most of a weekend with friends. The pool is also beautiful, and finally, I would like to thank Marika, the concierge who was ultra present! I would highly recommend it! Hope to come back soon!

André is a pleasant host. We were able to change the checkout time a little to make the most of our weekend with friends. The accommodation is very spacious and clean. The pool dome allows you to enjoy the pool longer because it keeps it warm. Thank you very much André!

We spent a weekend in February with friends and with our three-year-old children. The weekend went very well and was very nice. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, it was very pleasant! Thibault was welcoming and responsive. Recommended :)

We had a lovely stay at this house located in a quiet and nice place. The hot tub was great and the house was very well equipped. Great value for the price Small downside for the upstairs bedroom which is very attic, so suitable for children or people not too big.

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

I booked this place to celebrate my 30th birthday and everything was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is really great, very clean and perfectly equipped to spend a nice evening. There was nothing missing! Valerie is a very welcoming, available and accommodating host. We especially appreciated the flexibility for check in and out. Very good stay in this beautiful villa close to the beach. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The host is very available and welcoming with a small gift basket, there is even a guide that allows you to discover the restaurants and activities nearby. I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our weekend right next to the Pilat Dune with friends and kids. The house and garden as a whole are very nice and the environment around the house with the dune not very far within walking distance make it a big plus.

Beautiful residence to spend a few days of holiday with friends in tranquility and in a beautiful environmental setting. Significant variety of landscapes. Oyster sheds and restaurant < 15 minutes walk. Very friendly, responsive and accommodating host, everything was great. We recommend it!
