Located in a beautiful stone building, dating from the 18th century, this apartment has been completely refurbished in a loft style. You will appreciate the calm and comfort as well as its location in the heart of Bordeaux. Apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator access. The apartment consists of a large and pleasant 32 m2 living room, a bedroom and a duplex bathroom. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the 2 sofas in the living room, each equipped with a comfortable 80/200 cm mattress. In the large and pleasant kitchen bathed in light you will find all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. 4 public parking lots are nearby between 3 to 5 minutes' walk. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I will be available to guests before and throughout their stay to provide the necessary information about the city, its activities... The prestigious address of this apartment will allow you to enjoy the whole city of Bordeaux on foot: Place Gambetta, the Grand Hommes and the Grand Théâtre but also, of course, museums, shops and restaurants. You have access to all public transport (bus and tram) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as airport shuttles, taxis and public parking. You will be 10 minutes by tram from Saint Jean train station. We thank our guests for respecting the tranquility of the place, our apartment is not suitable for partying.

It is pleasant, well-equipped, modern, connected and comfortable: you will enjoy it! Your accommodation is suitable for business travelers, a couple with 1 child max or 3 adults without children. It is classified as a 4* furnished tourist accommodation.

The 105 m2 loft is located facing Txingudi Bay, it has a large terrace with views where you can have lunch and a shaded balcony where you can have your coffee. Everything is within walking or cycling distance. There's also free and secure parking. A playground is located at the bottom of the apartment. Very Quiet Neighborhood.

A very beautiful city in the southwest of France, it is not only visited for its history. It is also the Bordeaux wine region, renowned as the best in the world. You can learn about them by visiting the Wine Museum. Tourist aids will be available in the studio.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base, 400 meters from the beach. You have a terrace. Linens and towels are provided. Please note that access to the rental is via stairs. Check-in is from 2pm and checkout is no later than 11am (or to be determined depending on the period). I am available for any further questions.
