In the very center of Granada, in one of the most iconic buildings listed as historic, this penthouse with unbeatable views has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after a busy day. Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. Heat/cold radiant flooring. Penthouse REALEJO located on the fourth floor. It boasts an amazing view of Granada and El Realejo. All windows and with the wooden ceiling abuhardillado, the light pours in, creating a unique space in which the feeling of peace is infinite. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for six people. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. A large glass-enclosed terrace with views of Granada and space to sit peacefully offers the guest a very pleasant lounge area separate from the living room. In this apartment we found two bedrooms. The main one features two large windows, one of which has wonderful views of the Realejo. One of the two bathrooms in the apartment is en suite in this bedroom, which also has a window with wonderful views. The king size bed is 180 x 200 meters with a premium mattress. The second bedroom is made up of two 90 x 200-meter beds. This space is an attic, with a nice window that will let beautiful light into the room. The second bathroom also abuhardillado, has a closet where we will find the washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, etc. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. The air conditioning of this apartment is by aerothermal, including the terrace. Wi-Fi, access restricted by security code, and TV smar tv. 3 minutes from the apartment we have a covered parking lot. Trex parking, located in Plaza de los Campos. 8 minutes walk we have a surface parking. Ave María parking on Calle Molinos. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. A devotion grew so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated that, to anyone who prayed to the Christ of the Favors a Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. You can't miss the Casa de los Tiros Museum either, 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk). It was built between 1530 and 1540 in the style of the Granada palaces of the time, and it gets its name from the cannons that appear between its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. Iglesia de San Cecilio is 500 meters away (a 7-minute walk). Father Suarez's house (next to the Casa de los Tiros Museum). The Convento de las Descalzas is 250 meters away (a 3-minute walk), and the Church of San Matías is 240 meters away (a 3-minute walk). These are places where our guests will undoubtedly be able to enjoy their charms. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been kept completely original: the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... The only modification/improvement was the installation of an elevator. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor, with the idea of providing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So, we got down to business. We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

Espectacular apartamento con aparcamiento gratuito en la zona más característica y céntrica de toda Granada. El apartamento completamente nuevo y amueblado con gusto y cuidado en todos los detalles! Hay una bonita terraza con vistas al patio interior y sus características calles, televisión LCD y conexión wifi gratuita y es muy tranquilo y silencioso no obstante la posición tan céntrica. El apartamento cuenta con una plaza de garaje incluida en el precio a 15 minutos a pie, por lo que podréis disfrutar aún más sin preocupaciones por el coche! El apartamento se alquila entero y es para el uso exclusivo de los huéspedes por lo tanto tendréis acceso a todas las partes comunes, salón, cocina, dormitorio, terraza. No se compartirá ningún espacio con nadie. Nuestro apartamento dispone de plaza de parking privada gratuita. Debido a las características urbanísticas del Albaicín y el centro histórico de Granada, el aparcamiento se encuentra aproximadamente a unos 15 minutos caminando al apartamento. Si llevas mucho equipaje, también puedes llegar al alojamiento en taxi después de haber dejado el vehículo en el aparcamiento. Esta opción garantiza evitar multas por el acceso restringido a no residentes en la zona centro. Creemos firmemente que nuestros huéspedes valorarán este servicio gratuito que ofrecemos, a pesar de no estar ubicados en la misma finca del apartamento.

Two bedroom, two bathroom, bright and spacious seafront apartment, beautifully decorated, directly overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Southerly facing terrace, air-conditioning (heating/cooling) in both bedrooms and lounge, fast Wi-Fi, good location. Family and pet friendly. The accommodation, which is beautifully decorated and fully equipped, consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large lounge. The lounge and one bedroom have outstanding views of the sea, twin beds are available for one of the bedrooms. There is a dining area in the lounge, flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is free WiFi in the apartment, capable of streaming video. There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, cutlery, etc.) and a spacious terrace where there is a table with chairs for dining, with views directly overlooking the sea. There is air conditioning (heating & cooling) in the lounge and each of the bedrooms. I live 5 minutes by car and any enquiries about the apartment I try to solve as quickly as possible.
