Condo vacation rentals in Costa del Silencio

This accommodation looked like the photos [clean and neat]. [I always expect that properties wont quite meet the standards of the photographs.] So, it was a pleasure to find a place of a good quality which matched the photographic and text description. It was quiet, everything worked & dealing with Gabriella was a pleasure. The allocated private parking space was a real boon. There was reasonable nearby shopping and restaurants. There was also good walking - directly from the apartment. I would be happy to return to this accommodation in the future. Staying here for several weeks was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Everything was great! Apartment same as on description and photos. Very good location, max 10 min to beaches, a lot of restaurants near, few bus stops 1 min walking. We had a wonderful time staying in Ivan’s place!

非常喜欢这个公寓，有一个大海景露台，可以看到壮美的日落。房子与照片相符，厨房用具齐全。非常非常的安静，这一点是我们最喜欢的。有车库可以停车。房东给的建议都非常实用，我们吃到了好吃的食品，去了非常好的海滩。房子不远处的海滩可以游泳，但是房东推荐的更远处海滩的更好。如果不开车的话，两个最好玩的海滩可以坐公交车去。有一点需要注意，岛上打车巨贵，而且公寓这里早上用uber叫不到车，我在路上找当地人帮我打电话叫到了一辆才没有误机。这点需要注意，请提前安排好时间。这里的海真好啊！

We zijn een week in Tenerife geweest. Voor de pubers misschien wat rustig, maar auto gehuurd en vanalles gedaan. Prachtige omgeving en prima te doen met de auto. Heerlijk zwembad en de ochtend zon op 't terras. Lekker gegeten en boodschappen in de buurt. een top vakantie!!

We booked an 8-night stay. Our flight was late arriving and getting our hire car took longer than expected but Claire Francoise's daughter-in-law met us on arrival at the apartment, making arrival very simple. Claire Francoise had kindly left us 5 ltr of bottled water and a bottle of red wine, which were both much appreciated. The following morning we realised there wasn't a kettle in the otherwise very well equipped kitchen. A quick message to Claire and within an hour we had a new kettle. The complex is in 2 areas, one in an enclosed area containing apartments and the swimming pool. Across the road are additional apartments. The photos had led us to believe we would be in the enclosed area but Claire's apartment is across the quiet road. For us this wasn't an issue as our apartment had 2 patios and was very quiet. There's an excellent supermarket within 5 minutes walk and some great places to eat. If eating out book several days in advance as they can get busy. We loved our stay!

nous avons un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Maya. tout était décoré avec goût. la terrasse est très grande, très agréable et la vue magnifique. emplacement de parking dans un garage bien sécurisé. l'accès est très facile et les instructions très claires. tout est pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. l'accès à la plage et au très sympatique 70's est facile. nous recommandons vraiment. nous aimerions sincèrement y revenir. l'endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter le parc de la Teide et les villes de La Laguna et de Santa Cruz. il est près de l'aéroport Reina Sofia mais nous n'entendons ni ne voyons aucun avion. quand on arrive fin de journée c'est donc parfait Maya est réactive et accueillante. elle a à cœur que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour et c'est réussi

Jose et Belen sont des hôtes très accueillants. Leur logement est très bien situé et très bien équipé Merci encore de leur accueil malgré notre vol tardive en pleine nuit.

Todo estaba en perfecto estado y limpio lo que hizo una llegada muy agradable, el sitio era muy tranquilo para descansar, y las instrucciones para entrar y salir fueron muy claras y fáciles. Quedo contenta con mi elección de quedarme allí.

Het was een fijn verblijf bij Yves. Ook voor ons zoontje van 1,5 was het appartement goed geschikt.Met de auto zat je overal zo en kun je het eiland goed ontdekken. Alle communicatie verliep goed en wij kijken erg positief terug op onze tijd in het appartement.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. merci à Dahiana pour ses explications très claires pour trouver l appartement et sa réactivité à nos questions .

Le logement proposé est vraiment bien ! Le logement est bien équipé et bien aménagée. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée La terrasse est orienté de façon à avoir le coucher de soleil, c'est très agréable L'accueil avec l'hôte s'est lui aussi, très bien passé. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, je recommande fortement ce logement !

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Palm-Mar war einfach rundum perfekt! Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber, hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr gut geschnitten. Sie verfügt über zwei Terrassen – eine ideal zum Essen, die andere perfekt zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, es gab reichlich Handtücher, Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie sehr gutes WLAN. Der Wohnkomplex bietet tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie unter anderem einen beheizten Pool mit separatem Kinderbecken, Fitnessstudio und Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort. Die Lage ist ruhig, angenehm und mit einer guten Pizzeria in der Nähe und einem traumhaften Beach Club. Der Flughafen ist in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Benjamin war jederzeit erreichbar, antwortet schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Vor Ort hat uns Bea herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt – sie ist eine überaus sympathische und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter!

La casa es super bonita, cómoda y full equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días fabulosos sin necedidad de nada, nos sentimos como en casa y seguramente repetiremos. Isabelle es muy amable y simpática, con la ayuda de Fleur forman un gran equipo y siempre estuvieron atentas a nuestras consultas. La zona es muy tranquila y alrededor hay varios restaurantes, bares y mini mercados.

Super einfache Kommunikation und einfacher Checkin. Überaus hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich. Zu 100% zu empfehlen. Alles super 🤩🤩🤩

First of all, I want to thank Betty and Jose Antonio for good communication and for the surprise. Betty bought a cake and candles for my daughter's 10th birthday. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed included, especially for our baby. The pool was very clean and the water warm.We were also close to the sea and shops. We will definitely come back.

Sehr stilvoll hochwertig, eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir verbrachten 8 Tage in dem Apartment und haben die Zeit mit dem Pool und den beiden Terrassen sehr genossen. Der Ort hat uns nicht so angesprochen. Es gab für unseren Geschmack nicht viele gute Restaurants ( zu empfehlen das Restaurant KV Bar Gourmet am Hafen) der Strand gefiel uns ebenfalls nicht so. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Reaktion auf den nächtlichen Baulärm verlief sehr positiv. Es gab eine anteilige Rückerstattung für ein paar Nächte. Danke dafür! Man hat auf der Terrasse Sonne von Mittags bis zum wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.

Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert und zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub beigetragen, vielen lieben Dank. Die Kommunikation war einfach, die Anweisung klar und wir wurden von Roger freundlich empfangen. Ein zusätzliches Duvet wurde auch prompt zur Verfügung gestellt. veielen Dank. Der Pool geheizt, hat uns viele schöne Momente gebracht. Die Lage ruhig, die Terrasse toll, Essen und geniessen mit der Familie. Die Küche toll eingerichtet, wir haben oft gekocht und es uns im Haus gut gehen lassen. Danke für alles, ich kan es gerne weiterempfehlen.
