Townhome vacation rentals in Costa del Maresme

Het huis staat op een prachtige locatie en is erg mooi en goed onderhouden. Zwembad is groot en lekker rustig. Het uitzicht is spectaculair vanuit het grote terras. We werden ontvangen door Jordi en alle praktische zaken doorlopen. Jordi was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Superhost!

We zijn met zijn tweeën een weekje op vakantie geweest in dit mooie huisje. Het ligt midden in het oude centrum van Tossa de Mar, vlakbij een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Tossa is een leuk stadje waar van alles te doen is: strand, wandelroutes, boottocht, Barcelona in de buurt. Het huis was ruim genoeg, had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden en het bed sliep erg lekker!

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier und hat viel Charme. Wir fühlten uns immer sicher. Alles Notwendige ist nah und zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir empfehlen, die kleinen Restaurants in der Nähe auszuprobieren. Das Badezimmer könnte eine sanfte Renovation ertragen, ist aber funktional. Die vielen Pflanzen sind grossartig. Wir waren vier Wochen zu zweit da und fühlten uns immer wohl. Mit 5 Personen (das angegebene Maximum) dürften eher kurze Aufenthalte praktisch sein. Die Ausstattung ist gut, wir konnten ab dem ersten Tag einfach geniessen. Kurz: Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Ernest!

We had a great stay here! It was very easy to walk to public transport and the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and not too busy, but we could easily get to the more popular neighborhoods. Teresa was very helpful which made it easy to find and enter the place. The home also has a lovely rooftop and patio and was a great space for six people!

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas, el sitio es muy tranquilo ideal para ir en familia y para lo niños. Vovleremos!

És un allotjament molt agradable en una zona tranquila, a 1 hora en tren de Barcelona

Una casa acogedora y muy bien equipada en la cual nos hemos sentido muy cómodos desde la llegada. En nuestro caso hemos apreciado el amplio espacio de la cocina en la cual había todo lo necesario, y más, para 8 pax.

Adorámos a estadia desde o primeiro momento, correu tudo muito bem e não temos qualquer crítica negativa a fazer....recomendo totalmente . O Josep foi bastante prestável.

The house is lovely and very nicely renovated with a range of character features. Cozy and comfortable. Marc is a fantastic host. Clear and proactive communication. He purchased several essentials for us due to arrival n a holiday. When we had an issue with the hob, he found an electrician to come and fix it on a Sunday morning. Above and beyond! The town is great with a beach our kids loved. Marc recommended several restaurants that we enjoyed immensely. Overall, highly recommended.

Très bonne location : - Correspond totalement à l'annonce - Calme (sur la période où nous y sommes allés fin août 2023) - Propre - Très bien équipé - Assez proche des commerces et de la plage pour y aller à pied - Parking dispo devant la location - Assez grand, sur 3 étages Nous sommes entièrement satisfaits 😃

Séjour très agréable à Barcelone. Le logement est le meilleur que nous ayons eu en termes de serviceset d'équipements. Le logement est spacieux, décoré avec goût et extrêmement propre. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme. Il y a deux escaliers pour mener aux chambres, ce que nous avait signalé le propriétaire. Le métro n est pas loin (la sagrada familia se situe à 20 min à pied) et on trouve quelques restaurants autour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Meilleur emplacement impossible, Maison très agréable ainsi que son hôte, qui est très réactive et sympathique. La cerise sur le gâteau est son grand garage: très pratique et extrêmement appréciable surtout dans ce quartier. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, recommandons fortement la maison de Betlem et garderons des souvenirs inoubliables des couchers de soleil à la magnifique plage à 2 min à pied.

Benjamin est un hôte accueillant et sympathique. Il a été ponctuel et nous a conseillé des endroits sympas à visiter et de bons restaurants. Le logement est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Tout était impeccable et nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux d'accueil.

La description de la maison était fidèle à l’annonce. La maison est très bien équipée, on se sent comme chez soi..table de Ping Ping, 2 vélos, wifi fonctionne bien, literie confortable, la piscine a 50 mètres du logement est également agréable avec très peu de monde Le logement se situe à 10 minutes à pied d’une très grande plage, vous avez de la place pour mettre vos serviettes et pour jouer à côté. Attention aux jeunes enfants car vite très profond mais comme beaucoup de plages sur la Costa Brava.. vous avez une belle promenade de 4 kilomètres le long de la plage avec quelques restaurants. Vous êtes également situé à 4 kilomètres environ de Platja d’Aro et de Palamos. La communication avec les propriétaires a été facile en Français ou en ESpagnol. Les consignes pour notre arrivée étaient très claires. Logement à recommander.

Maison très agréable à vivre autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. La communication avec Peter et sa femme est simple , hôtes toujours réactifs et bienveillants. La voiture est presque indispensable. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Alessia was such a sweet host! Very welcoming and had a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us that we enjoyed on the lovely terrace with ocean and old rooftop view. The place is tiny, but has exactly what you need for a short stay! loved our time there!

A very clean, fresh & cultured decor. This place is a reflection of the genuine & professional owner. The beautiful renovations evoke a calm, serene and welcoming energy which allows guests to feel very comfortable and relaxed during their stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful with a very quiet city to look over. We had a delayed flight, questions for recommendations and Michael was very helpful and even offered us food & drinks upon our late arrival. You are in luck if you are someone who likes a quiet calm place. -Also our uber had no issues finding us for pick up. Would definitely visit again 10/10.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is a quick walk to the metro that takes you right into Barcelona. Amazing food, friendly locals and beautiful buildings. This apartment is on a tranquil street, even in the middle of a busy day you don’t hear any noise. Beautiful decorated and everything g is sparkling clean. Love the layout of the place as well. Would definitely book this place again if I’m ever in Rubi! Everything from shopping, food, salons, supermarket, bars is within 5 min or less walking. Thank you so much Gemma!🥰
