Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Costa de la Luz

We had a fantastic stay at Fatima's beautiful property. It exceeded our expectations, offering privacy, stunning peaceful surroundings, ample facilities on site and easy access to surrounding beaches and towns. Our children spent much of their time in the swimming pools, but our highlight was the amazing farm kitchen where we collected coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and warm baked bread every morning along with a variety of fruits from the farm surrounding the property. Fatima and her team were exceptional hosts. Considerate, helpful and quick to respond. We were welcomed as old friends and given a guided tour on arrival, then left with space and privacy. Any questions that arose were answered quickly, we were even offered fresh cakes one morning! We would return in a heartbeat, thank you so much Fatima!

As other guests have mentioned, you are staying in a real home, not a place outfitted for short-term rentals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with a large fridge and ample cupboard space. Gabriela instructed us on restaurants and grocery shopping. The comfort of the apartment proved especially welcome, as we had a number of rainy cool days at the beginning of our stay, so remaining indoors was not a hardship. There is a large living room and dining area, the bedrooms are large and spacious, there is heating in each bedroom and the living room, there are throw rugs on the floor for warmth against the cool tiles, there are bedside tables and lights on both sides of each bed, and the terrace is large with spectacular views of Tavira. The steps up from the road to get to the neighborhood were a nonissue for us—they are easily manageable. We rented a car for a few days and there was a parking spot for us. There are no downsides to Gabriela’s beautiful unit.

The stay was very pleasant. The apartment looks like the photos and has all the amenities you need. The property is very nice and well maintained. There are many free-range chickens and you are in the middle of the countryside, yet well located to get from there to the beautiful beaches and towns. Miguel is very attentive and has made the stay even more pleasant. Absolutely recommended. I would come back.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. Very cozy and comfortable. The view is amazing and we found all we needed. There is a smart TV and Chanels from all around the world are found. The location could not be better, there are shops, a mall, the Medina and the port are also walkable. The host was super friendly and always available, we received tips on where to eat and what to see. Highly recommended!

Accommodation in the city center with a parking space, it's a luxury! The accommodation is very clean, comfortable bedding, functional bathrooms. Plus Nia and Juan Carlos are there at all times to give us information! We will definitely come back to their home another time.

We had a really pleasant stay of 2 weeks. The accommodation is very clean and very functional. The neighborhood is peaceful. The owners are very friendly. There are many exceptional beaches in this part of the algarve and beautiful cities to visit (Tavira, Loulé etc). We will be happy to come back and enjoy this region whose sweetness of life perfectly coincided with the services of this accommodation.

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

Nuno and Ana are wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. The house is equipped with all ( and even more) comforts; really everything you need is present. We enjoyed the house, the garden and the location!!!

Wonderful stay. We talked to Javier at all times and he recommended things to do in Cortes. The house was in perfect condition and we took advantage of 100%. We would definitely do it again again.

A wonderful stay in a perfect location! Only 7 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of the Costa de la Luz, 5 minutes to lively Barbate with its delicious restaurants (many tuna specialties), and 3 minutes to supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and Dia. The rooms are spacious and the large beds (160x200) sleep fantastically. Both bedrooms have their own nice bathroom. The coffee is top notch, with a milk frother for a perfect start to the day. The living room is cozy and has a smart TV. In front of the door is plenty of parking space, including a charging point for electric cars. The location is ideal, right next to a vast nature reserve with beautiful hiking trails. All in all just great!

We loved staying here. We were two families (4 adults, 5 children) and there was plenty of space. Large, fully equiped kitchen and amazing living/dining space with beautiful views of the sea. Pool was great and we could walk everywhere.

A lovely stay right near the hustle and bustle of Marbella. Nice to be on a quieter street even though you’re right next to food and the old part of town. Was nice to have a beautiful space to come back to and unwind while on vacation.

Four of us stayed in Omar's apartment for a week and we felt very comfortable. We found it very comfortable, practical and cozy. It's easy to get downtown, and at the same time, we liked being in the area closest to the promenade. Omar's directions for entering and leaving the apartment, for getting around the city or for visiting other possible places for sightseeing have been very adequate. We definitely recommend staying in the apartment.

My partner and I stayed at Mercedes' apartment for a week. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The flexibility of the schedule for both arrival and departure helped us to enjoy and better organize ourselves on both the day of arrival and departure. The facilities are very well maintained. Being so far away from other developments, the tranquility was maximum. The beach was a 5-minute drive away, which is recommended since the slope to access the residential development is very steep and you have to cross the road. There is no parking problem as there is a fairly large parking lot just a few meters from the beach. We would definitely love to return in the future.

This is a lovely apartment with a huge outdoor terrace that gets beautiful light all day. We stayed for 2 months in January/February and even in mid-winter we had many days when we ate lunch outdoors in T-shirts and used the sun-loungers. Lots of access to light and fresh air with the full height sliding doors and plenty of storage throughout plus a full laundry/utility room and secure parking below the building. There is a lovely pool (which we didn’t use as it was winter). You do need a car to access the broader Costa del Sol and the villages and amenities of the area. The development was very quite at this time of year and well looked after. Siw and Juan were fantastic communicators and went above and beyond to help us both before and during our stay.

The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to [local attractions/shops/restaurants]. It was an outstanding host – always quick to respond, welcoming, and gave excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. The communication was seamless from start to finish, which made the entire trip even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the cozy outdoor space, the well-stocked kitchen, or the stunning views . It really made the stay feel special. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, adventurous, family-friendly, etc. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
