The apartment is very good, neat, with everything you need for cooking. They left us very nice details such as a vinito, water, cookies, coffeecito. The view of the apartment is stunning, my favorite place was on the armchair next to the window. The color of the water. The tranquility. We went in March, asique had very few people. At 500 meters there were places to eat and supermarkets. We didn't want to leave

We felt right at home in Tomas' apartment! The residential development is wonderful and the location is great for walking down to the beach, we were very grateful not to have to use the car every day. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and there is a very good breeze. You know the place is right when you miss something from home! We had a great time and we'll definitely be back. Tomas was attentive to us, trying to make things easy. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

Fantastic beautiful and luxurious apartment on the outskirts of Torrevieja about 10 minutes walk from the center. Everything has been thought of here, everything is available down to the little details. Everything is coordinated.

We had a lovely stay! The appartment is nice and clean, with an amazing view from the balcony. Really cozy to have breakfast on the balcony in the morning. We spend our mornings exploring and in the afternoon went to the beach and have a swim. Remco responded really fast and is a nice host!

I stayed at Delias house from 12th to 19th March and I can highly recommend it. The house is in a fabulous location near the strip and beach but private as well . The house was spotless and have everything we could need in it . Delia was very friendly and a great host and anything we asked or wanted was received straight away and I would definitely want to return again in the future

A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

Great apartment straight at the beachside front of Cabo Roig. Apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Garden with pool was immaculate. Includes private parking.

We had a really great stay in this beautiful apartment! You have a beautiful view of the sea and the location is ideal – several restaurants are nearby. Denis was super friendly and always responded very quickly to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I found a home the two weeks I was there. From the welcome details, how the house smelled and the bedding, to the views, with some dreamy sunsets.. unbeatable. The main room overlooks the nautical club in addition, and you can see the sunrise, with an ideal table to be watching while you have your coffee. There is a magical atmosphere. Óscar was attentive at all times. Definitely if I need to get away at any other time, I wouldn't choose another place. Thank you!!

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely well-functioning apartment (2nd floor) with great views and balcony with everything you need (including real duvets and electric kettle - definitely not something you will find everywhere in Spain). The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.
