Lovely villa, 500m to beach, view, newly renovated

Our house is in a unique location for all of Tenerife. As this is the only place with an excellent view to the sea and nice hotels, located within 500m from the beautiful beach and directly in front of the shops center. The area of El Duque is considered the most luxurious on the whole island. Around our residens are located only 5*hotels with SPA centers, which you can visit for 10-20 €. Restaurants, shops, entertainment centers, an endless promenade. Central location, but quiet for a familys.

La casa está en Costa Adeje, a 13 min a pie de Playa La Pinta, Playa de Torviscas y en los alrededores hay restaurantes, bares, supermercados. Este apartamento tiene 1 dormitorio, cocina con lavavajillas y microondas, TV de pantalla plana, zona de estar y 1 baño . Hay toallas y ropa de cama en el apartamento. Es una zona muy cómoda para alojarse y alejadas de ruidos nocturnos. Cerca del alojamiento hay puntos de interés como Playa de Fanabe, Aqualand y Parque Acuático Siam Park.

Lotus villa

Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to Playa de Las Americas and the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall where you can buy all that you need like food (fresh fish and meat), clothes, shoes and with a nice food-court. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week. We have outdoor camera for security.

Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.
