Sunny peace es un espacio muy tranquilo, de facil accesibilidad, tiene mucha luz, es pequeño pero acogedor, desde la terraza se ve el mar, recien reformado, comodo, la playa a 15minutos caminando, 5 min. en coche , parada de autobus en la misma calle, un centro comercial con supermercado y tiendas a 650 metros, un parque acuático a 1,3km, hay una parada de taxi a 200 metros,en la misma calle,farmacias cerca.
