One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Artemisia - The Dolomite's Silence

The independent entrance, with external stairs and an elevator, leads to the first floor where the Silence apartment is. It has three rooms with double beds and one with two French beds, all with private bathrooms. The loggia, balconies, and large windows offer views of the landscape, creating harmony between nature and interiors. The equipped kitchen with a large table and tiled stove is the heart of the home. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.

A-Frame Cabin

Cabins situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

The Cozy

The Cozy is a real nest! This first floor apartment preserves a warm private homey atmosphere. You will have 100sqm. living space on your own. We take personal care of the cleaning with high standards. You can complete your treat with a relaxing dip in our bathtub. Welcome to our green oasis above Vahrn. Here you are surrounded by vineyards and forests. The Schalderer Bach bubbles in front of the house, the birds chirp in the treetops and you enjoy a fantastic view of the Plose. Enjoy the soothing tranquility, far from the flow of tourists, but still well connected to the city. The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

I personally made some details of the furniture such as: chandeliers, table, bench, shelves, door, headboard, sink, to make this apartment unique and welcoming. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and the dining room. There is a microwave/grill, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washer/dryer. There is a double bed and a sofa bed, great for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.
