It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. Guesthouse in a rural área near Banyoles town and Girona. The guesthouse is located on the ground floor of a two-story farmhouse.Hosts live on the upper floor. Guests stay on the lower floor. Guests have exclusive use of the garden, pool and barbecue. The guesthouse has 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms for a máximum of 9 people. We are pet friendly and bike friendly (secure bicycle storage). This is a ver y quiet rural area, so parties are not allowed.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
