Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Cortecito Beach

I loved the location. felt very safe. nice walk to beach and local restaurants. we used the pool daily it was great

Tatiana provided great location instructions, however our driver had difficulties. I suggest also referring to the location being the gated apartment complex across the street from Citrus restaurant directly behind the market. Electricity bill was not terribly high for three people. Arrived on Tues and left the following Tues and the total was $65 USD. We followed Tatiana's instructions about the water heaters and we used the AC sparingly. It was not necessary to run the AC units all day in April. The pool was very nice and clean. Not terribly big for a lot of guests at one time, however it did not get crowded during our stay. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and the market has almost everything you will need. This is my 6th visit to Los Corales and this location/apartment is one of the best.

Scott was a great and welcoming host. I truly appreciate his hospitality and his recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. The apartment fully matches the description and photos—it's quite spacious and equipped with everything needed for a long stay, including a laundry room on the second floor. A wide, beautiful beach is within walking distance along a palm-lined path. The street is gated and secure, making it safe to take evening walks after dinner or head to the beach. I will definitely stay with Scott again in the future.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Beach is really just a walk away. We were also able to walk to great vegan-friendly restaurants for dinner every night (Bella Napoli and Pastrata were our favorites). Highly recommend Maria Claudia’s place!

Owners are cute couple that has excellent fast response times. The apartment is great for access to hard rock casino and the beach club. I would say their restaurant Ventanas is probably better than anything at Hard Rock and would book at least 1 dinner there. The beach club is better than expected. Sure its $35 per person but you can use it for lunch and drinks. And the drinks are not outrageous, $10 for a solid coco loco. infinity pool is nice, beach is nice. Apt is 1km from casino and 2km from beach club. You cannot survive without a car. Some tour guide pickups at hard rock complex are complicated by security. I would just drive to one of their pickup locations and avoid hard rock complex pickups.

It's in a great area, Ioana is wonderful and helped me out so kindly. There's a lot of charm to this one! It was a perfect way to end the vacation, right next to the beach.

Very nice apartment. Dresser. Well located. A beautiful large swimming pool and a good attached restaurant. Cliford was very proactive, helpful and available 24/7. The rooftop hot tub was much appreciated. I would highly recommend it.

Had an amazing stay with Jaay! Jaay and Ilianet were very responsive and helpful. Jaay was able to accommodate our early check in & helped coordinate transportation. We were even provided information on popular restaurants and nightlife near by.

First of all, let me say, this is the first time I have written a review. Let me begin by saying this is THE BEST Air b and b that I've stayed in. The home is beautiful, and I loved the layout of it. The indoor outdoor floor plan is wonderful. It's like you're in a tropical oasis. It's very spacious and so are the bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was clean, and I enjoyed the sound of the water fall coming from the beautiful fountain. There are all kinds of fruit trees in the yard, and the host gives you permission to eat them. Speaking of host. Just remember the name Felix. This man is thee best host I've encountered. If anything you need, he is there to make it right and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We didn't have a hair dryer, and right away, he sent us a brand new one. He also made his golf cart available to us so we could get around. The area is beautiful. I absolutely enjoyed my stay

Great place. some of the showers were cracked but other than that it was a great stay and great location.

This airbnb was in a nice, safe, and quiet community with 24/7 security. It is a little farther from the beach about 15 minutes but ubers are very cheap in Punta Cana. Also if you want to book excursions through trip advisor you will probably have to uber to a nearby hotel in order to get picked up. Other than that, airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures. Huge grocery store nearby and many food options. I would definitely stay again.

We thought the villa was excellent. Very good location, close to everything, everything is very organized, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We felt super great with the place, it's definitely a place to come back. Frank was the best host, very kind, always attentive, when we arrived it was always with good communication and every day he would write to see if something was needed; definitely a super caring person for everything. We were very comfortable and delighted with their treatment!

Great location enjoyed the lagoon! Host was very attentive. Just had a small problem with ants but other than that it was a good place.

We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented and 100% recommend staying in her place. Thank you Leah!

everything that is described in the photos and described are real. nice area for dogs, kids, family and single. pool area is nice and clean. easy access to transportation. hots was very quick to response
