Apartment vacation rentals in Cortecito Beach

Everything happens for a reason. And for me and my husband to have experienced this awesome condo - meant a momentary period of panic as our initial booking had to be canceled. But, to repeat, everything happens for a reason; fate wanted us to experience this unit. The condo is tastefully decorated, the view from the living room and balcony overlooking the pool with a straight view of the beach- spectacular. The kitchen mirrors mine in NYC. I wanted for nothing. The bed, so comfy, the couch so inviting as we napped, snuggled or watched TV. The pool is gorgeous, clean & was never crowded. The one minute walk to a most beautiful beach w/ local eateries, bars & beach club- icing. Though we were on a much needed vacation, we found ourselves setting our alarm to catch the magical sunrises from the large balcony. If anyone is on the fence, let me assure you- BOOK. You will not be disappointed. Finally, not sufficient space for us to extol the awesomeness of Julie- a phenom!!

Liz was by far the best host I've had yet. She went above and beyond to assist my family, from arranging transportation for my birthday dinner to getting an unforeseeable issue we had fixed despite the time of evening. Her condo has an amazing view with easy beach and pool access. Go ahead and book with her, you won't regret it.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The property is located in Vista Cana, a new gated community 5 minutes from downtown Punta Cana. It is very safe with security 24/7. It is very easy for ubers or other delivery services to come in if needed. There is an artificial beach located in the center of the community, with a lively bar and restaurant. The property has a rooftop terrace and jacuzzi which is nice too. Vanessa was an amazing host, very prompt to answer any questions we had. She also was flexible with us on our check in/out times, which worked out super well given our flight itinerary. This is a great value for the money, and an excellent alternative to staying in a resort. We also had access to all the amenities we needed as far as home appliances and toiletries go. This is an up and coming community, ripe with development. It was an amazing time overall and we would highly recommend you stay here during your trip to Punta Cana!

Fantastic roomy apartment on a beautiful beach! Highly recommended. The host Ulyana was really helpful, attentive, friendly, and eager to make our vacation the most comfortable and enjoyable possible. This spacious and well decorated apartment is better than the pictures with just a short walk to the beautiful palm tree lined sandy beach. This apartment is in a safe and secure gated neighborhood adjacent some nice resorts. We had a rental car which made trips for groceries, dining, and sightseeing easy. Ulyana gave us great recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of appliances, dishes and utensils for us to prepare food there easily also. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a tropical vacation. It felt like paradise!

We had amazing stay! The pool was amazing. We felt right at home. The team did amazing to check on us and answer any questions we had. It was a very quiet area so we were able to enjoy in peace. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone!

The location is perfect - just walk through the club and you’ll reach the beach, where sunbeds and umbrellas are available. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, there’s a grocery store right across the street for any essentials. I recommend this place!

Great airbnb. very clean and the ac is really cold. They have a lovely pool and a restaraunt on site. Would stay here again for sure

Hands down the best place to stay in Punta Cana . Everything was clean and prefect . The security made me feel super safe and the hosts made sure everything was to my liking . They responded to every text within minutes. I love this place

Excellent Airbnb stay. The location was perfect walking distance to anywhere in Los Corales area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and beach is super close less than five minutes away.. the balcony patio area is beautiful , lots of area to sit and relax and the pool is an extra bonus. The bedrooms are very nice with lots of closet space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. I would definitely rebook again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We were in walkable distance to resturants and bars. Our host was exceptional in meeting our needs. I would recommend others to book a stay while visiting Punta Cana.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in Punta Cana for 6 days, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. The ambience was wonderful – peaceful, well-kept, and relaxing. The apartment itself was stunning, very well managed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi, which was a great touch. Since it was outdoors, we occasionally found some dead mosquitoes inside, but the host was extremely responsive and always quick to clean it whenever we reached out. The residence also had three restaurants, all of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed – the food and service were top-notch. We also loved the artificial beach and the multiple pools available on the property – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of thanks to our amazing host, who was always available and helpful throughout. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Great stay in a private location!

The place was clean, nicely decorated and convenient. The only issue was the location is a bit hard to find for Ubers/ inconvenient if you're planning on hanging out at the Hard Rock but the AIrbnb itself was lovely.
