Waterfront vacation rentals in Cortecito Beach

We have stayed at Playa Turquesa a number of times in the last several years, so were already very familiar with the complex and surrounding area. Unit B202 is in a great location with pool and ocean views. the condo kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels and linens. Rose Mary was very helpful and responsive to any questions or requests we had

This unit was by far one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced at Stanza Mare. We did have some issues with some plumbing in the bathroom, but overall this was a very cherry find. Yves is always at the ready to help and provide service or suggestions for the best stay possible. Walk out the patio to a world of friendly people and ocean breezes and sunshine.

Excellent place, it matches the photos and the co-host was always on the lookout, without requesting anything on my own initiative they took me a water bottle. It was accessible at my check-in time and that gave an additional plus.

It's in a great area, Ioana is wonderful and helped me out so kindly. There's a lot of charm to this one! It was a perfect way to end the vacation, right next to the beach.

Stayed for 3 nights. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of the beach. 2 mins walk to the beach. Beach chairs provided on the beach. Staff were great and friendly, very responsive. I didn’t use the AC and only paid $5 for the 4 days I was there. I felt the AC never got cold so I didn’t use it after the initial try. This place is on the 4th floor so many steps and no elevator. Something to definitely consider if you have lots of luggage or don’t like stairs. Place was very clean and comfortable. There’s a water filter system in the room which was really a plus being that I drink lots of water. Bring your Yeti and Stanley to refill if you love water too. There is a bar next door that plays music all day and night. I slept with the windows open and after the first night I tuned it out. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. Will absolutely be staying here again. Great place, great value, great location, great staff.

We absolutely loved the stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s very walkable and peaceful in the area. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful property with a private pool and barbecue, everything is very clean, excellent common areas such as the pool and gym, the area is very safe, the property is very well located and excellent communication from the host…… 100% recommended and I would stay in that wonderful place again 💯👏🏻🙏🏻

Our stay in Punta Cana was wonderful. We enjoyed the white beach and clear water. The accommodation is very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk, which is very convenient. There is a cafe, a shop, a supermarket 5 minutes walk and even more restaurants nearby. Aimee always responded quickly to our requests and questions. Clean and white bed linen, wide beds with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. I can recommend this accommodation. Thank you Aimee for your hospitality.

Excellent location, literally beside the beach! All great places to eat and drink are less than a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended. The place was in excellent condition, equipped with everything we needed. People in the building were very friendly. The place was safe and very easy to find and access.

This is the 2nd year i have stayed with Liseth! Will forever be my vacation visit everytime i come back! she is so quick with her responses. Her hosting is beautiful! The place is in great area & i feel so secure! I can not wait to be back!

We had an amazing time! The place is beautiful, great location, everything we needed and more was there! Olga was so so helpful with getting us ready to arrive, tips and help upon arrival and answering any questions we had along the trip. We had a group of 7 (including 3 young kids) and had lots of room and lots of fun. The roof top terrace was beautiful and we spent lots of time enjoying the views. Highly recommended and we would surely come back.

Great place! Would stay again

Overall great stay, nice pools and easy access to the beach. Right next to jellyfish restaurant which had good food. Easy to uber around without issue. Didn’t receive the apt number before check in which is needed to get into the complex, so there was minor difficulty without phone service. Owner was quick to communicate once we got service though. Not the coolest AC but great overhead fans made the apt comfortable.
