Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cortecito Beach

The condo was exactly as pictured! The keyless entry was very easy & convenient. The host provided clear & concise location, instructions, assisted with transport from the airport, and information needed to complete e-ticket entry to DR. This condo was one of the few 3-bedroom units in Palm Suites, which was perfect for us and traveling friends & family. It was decorated beautifully! The upper outdoor deck was partially covered and we spent a lot of mornings & evenings there. Bedrooms & baths were spacious & the beds comfortable. Leo was always responsive to communication, and present frequently at Palm Suites to check on her units to see everything was going well. She provided extra towels, cooking dishes, squeeze mop and dish cloths/towels when needed. She made quick arrangement for a couple faucet leaks & frequent updates for our electric meter readings to be aware of the extra cost. We never used a/c as there was always a nice breeze. We loved it so much we're returning 2026!

From the moment I booked the place the communication from Yajaira was very warm ,clear and professional !.Our check in was flawless as I was provided with clear information to that regard .This is the third time I’m staying at this property which is a testament to its excellent location ,cleanliness and serene environment .

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! There were multiple co-host for this property, which made it easy to communicate and gather more details! The host assisted with booking our excursions, coordinating transportation to/from the airport and locally to restaurants and excursions, and also decorated for our bday celebration! The decorations were supposed to be up by check in, but they were not. So, to resolve the misunderstanding, they had the room decorated that night once we came back from our bday dinner, which was amazing! They also let us check out an hour later and let us leave out bags there for an additional 2 hours. Also, you can see the sunrise AND sunset from the rooftop! The beach is a 3 minute walk from the Airbnb and there are many restaurants walkable as well! 10/10 I would definitely recommend to stay at this location

This was one of the most beautiful/fun places I stayed at. I met Hector on my first day there with a wam welcome and he was always available. He also provided an amazing chef by the name of Victor ask Hector for victors number please try him, our food was ready at the time we requested and it was delicious. I felt safe with the 24 hours security. I will be booking the place again. I have no complains.

Phil is a super host, always responsive via text or phone. The villa is situated in a gate development with 24hr security. The villa has an electronic key pad entry system (key less entry). The villa is beautifully furnished with designer furniture. It has 3 bedrooms each having en-suite bathrooms with showers, 60inch smart T.V and locks on all doors. The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dinning area, kitchen, toilet and washing machine in cupboard. All areas have air conditioning. All windows are double glazed with outside mesh to stop bugs entering when open. The garden has seating that is shaded from the sun and a hot tube (not heated, but perfectly fine when in). The villa is 5mins - 20mins to all the hot spots you need to go to, which was great.

This place was exactly what the pictures were. What stands out the most is the location of the villa. Right in the heart of downtown Punta Cana, you can walk to places to eat and explore. It’s a very safe area also. The villa is located within a private ground with security guards at the entrance and inside aswell making it feel very safe. Yesenia was also very responsive to your every need and would usually respond within minutes. Small detail and bonus: included complimentary water and beer aswell. 10/10

To start, I want to say that it is pet friendly; that was my main reason for choosing the place without considering other details. But upon arrival, I realized it was a really nice place. One felt as if it were their home. The instructions were very clear, with a sign containing all the details one might need there, such as restaurants, activities, etc. Everything was perfect for me.

Exactly how it appears in the picture, place is Clean and people are nice with us. Just get ready to burn some calories with the stairs. The place is really cozy and makes me feel home, host is really responsive and cares. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to enjoy a good vacation in Punta Cana.
