Our stay was abbreviated due to our lack of tolerance for the area due to being approached outside of the security gate by aggressive street hustlers non-stop. This is no fault of the property or our host, but just not for us. Our host offered every accommodation possible and went above and beyond with assisting in transportation and food delivery options.

We had a great spring break in Punta Cana, SUPER spacious, everyone slept great/comfortable beds, temperature easy to control, just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants nearby. This is a great option if you’re not into the all-you-can-eat/ all inclusive/ resort row and want a more unique and authentic experience. We stocked up on groceries on the way to check-in and were able to eat meals in when we didn’t feel like going out. CLEAN, No bugs, has everything you need and more for a fabulous vacation. Raffy is the BEST host, provided tons of information and super responsive whenever we had a question. Plus great contacts on the property for help booking excursions, rides, etc. We felt like we were in great hands and had everything we needed.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay with Lexie. Her place is the perfect home base for a beach trip - pristinely clean on arrival, supplied with everything you could want or need, and so thoughtfully laid out. (The provided breakfast foods were very appreciated but you'll want to make sure you're stocked up for meals before you arrive, as options in the area are limited for dinners.) The location near beautiful Playa Macao was exactly what we wanted for our trip - very local, not overly touristy or overdeveloped. If you're not a big walker, definitely consider renting a car for beach trips due to the terrain/dune buggy traffic. The house's terrace alone is worth a stay - on the one rainy day during our trip, we were perfectly happy sitting inside and reading. Lexie herself is one of the best hosts I've stayed with in many years of using Airbnb - so kind, helpful, responsive, and hilarious! We absolutely loved hanging out with her and Riley, the tiniest and cutest doggo.

Really cozy and beautiful property! It’s very kids friendly (my children loved it)! Great location, just a few minutes away from the Village, Galeria Mall and blue mall! The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly…they have the property very well equipped, specially the kitchen with its must have, basic cooking ingredients, as well as in the bedrooms and bathrooms! Clear instructions everywhere in the property! Safe and peaceful neighborhood. We had great stay, definitely coming back again!

Julie is one of the best hosts we have stayed with. She really looked after us from the 1rs day she made sure we had all what was needed to make our stay confortable and enjoyable. Every time we had any questions she was prompt at responding and suggesting the best options. I would definitely recommend anyone to have Julie as a host

We will remember the stay very well, Josefina as a host is a very helpful person and always gives all the information, the apartment is cozy, clean, the only thing missing was the mosquito nets, so the mosquitoes got inside. Nonetheless, highly recommended!

Jade saved us from a really unlucky airbnb experience! We had a different booking, & on our first day of arriving, our original host did not show up at check-in or respond, so we had to figure out something urgently. Jade quickly responded despite how last minute the situation was! When we arrived, everything was beautiful, spotless, and comforting! the restaurant and bar on site were spectacular! It was also a pleasure to meet Jade, she was so accommodating and kind! Im planning to stay here every time I come back to the Dominican Republic! Thank you again, jade!

Way better than expected i loved that they have water filter’s wich is super important in this beach area. Room was impeccable coffee and water provided and lets not forget the free breakfast at the beach restaurant only stayed for 1 night due to high season but will definitely look forward to stay only here when visiting punta cana. Thank you for everything.

The location is in Bavarian and is close to bus stops to the beaches and restaurants. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, with clean linen and towels. The shower worked very well. The ventilator was enough for the heat (I went in January, winter in the Dominican Republic). Breakfast was served every day with variety. I highly recommend it to everyone!

For us it was just perfect. We wanted a place with a pool and breakfast, wifi and AC. This place was it, it had a little room for our daughter. Breakfast was a delicious buffet in a well-known hotel. We enjoyed dining options in the vecinities. The small pool was great and we had hot showers; really good wifi. There was no soap nor shampoo.

We spent two super relaxing days. The value for money is great. Although the complex is a bit outdated, it is still maintained and repaired. The hotel manager Sam is very accommodating and extremely eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The beach right in front of the hotel is a long sandy beach that encourages you to linger. Small stalls, a beach restaurant and sun loungers are provided. But you can also find very private sections and enjoy solitude. The water is fantastically beautiful, perfect temperatures. A sweet gem in seclusion for those who want to relax and unwind. The food is good and inexpensive, but the cocktails are especially good. We highly recommend the Hacienda. The only negative point is the rooster who crows at night and is overmotivated. 😂🥴But that's just nature! And the sound of the sea on your own terrace is soothing.

A beautiful view of a spectacular beach, an excellent breakfast and 24-hour access to the beach, and as an Argentine I liked that they have an electric kettle to heat up food and drink mate 24 hours a day in the hallway. The reception is open to the beach all day and night.

This unit was beautifully located mere STEPS from the beach! Would have appreciated a notation in listing that there is NO kitchen. Only a mini fridge and coffee pot, (which necessitated purchasing ice multiple times per day) Sink in bathroom only, but this did not take away from a wonderful week long stay. All staff extremely kind and helpful! Of special note was the charming Onel, the security guard whose post was near our unit. We felt extremely safe being so close to a busy beach. He was an absolute delight, and his smiling face as we came and went to the beach was a high point of this trip! Even with no kitchen and the hassles that entailed, I would 100% recommend and will return! Thanks to Manuel and the rest of the friendly and kind staff!

The spot was right next to the beach (two blocks - chairs provided) and the included breakfast spot (one block - Villa Blanca). It was clean and the view was nice. Walkability was great. We walked to several good restaurants (Enjoy and La Bruja Chupadora are high recommendations). There was a pharmacy, two markets, and an ATM within a few blocks as well. All your needs are pretty much in one place! There is construction going on to update units, as others reported, but neither my guests in the second room or I had any trouble sleeping. They do work 8am to 8pm it seems. The gate to exit for cars are not always getting out like they need to for some reason. People would honk for help or ask us if we were on the patio to how to trigger it. The staff was fabulous. Very responsible and helpful. The cleaning ladies came every two days between 4 and 5pm and were thorough!! The front desk staff were awesome and really did their best to accommodate us and explain everything.
