The independent 37m2 apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our house. It has a bedroom with sheets, a bathroom with towels, and a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge-freezer, and espresso machine. There are all kinds of shops nearby, the Sunday morning market is 90 m away, the train station is 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Set back from the road and beautifully converted from an old barn, the Mews has exposed beams, re-pointed stone walls and stone floors. From the enclosed courtyard looking out onto the square, the glass front door leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen. A circular staircase leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with separate bathroom comprising walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.
