Monthly Rentals in Corozalito

This was me and my girlfriend’s first time visiting Costs Rica, and very happy we chose to stay at Jeff’s villas. About a week and a half before we arrived, a hurricane hit the coast which did some damage to the roads. It was no problem navigating the roads in a 4x4 vehicle, and it felt rather adventurous making our way out there! The location of the units is incredible! They are nestled on the side of a hill, overlooking pastures of cows, a very small airport, and in the distance you can see Corozalito Beach. Beautiful views all around. The villa we stayed in was incredibly clean. AC blew very cold, and we loved listening to the rain at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals, and blend some frozen margaritas! About two minutes from the villas, you can find a small convenience store, as well as Aroma’s, a really nice Italian restaurant. We absolutely will be staying here again. We had a wonderful time, and look forward to our next visit!

Our family of four stayed at the Tree House at the begining of June 2025. Punta Islita is a friendly and laid back place, perfect for a family to visit. Directions and check-in was well described and easy to follow. Accomodations were clean, kitchen had everything we needed (coffee, sugar, etc) and absolutley perfect for our family including a plunge pool and access to the larger pool for kids swimming fun. Fantastic restaurants and a small grovery store were a very short walk away. We checked out the nearby hotel for a golf cart rental and activities like surf lessons and fishing, they had a large listof other exciting activities to do. We also chcked out the very safe beach (10min walk down the road) and the Macaw sanctuary. Really a magical place to visit, definitely worth the drive from Samara. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the house and explore more of the area.

Our stay at this place was tropical perfection. The hosts have created a dreamy coastal escape that was better than we could have hoped for. This new property is beautiful, quiet and literally a few minutes walk from the beach. The studio is set back a comfortable distance from the main house so that it felt like we had plenty of privacy without being isolated. The new construction is beautiful and well-designed, providing plenty of natural indoor light and high ceilings to make it feel spacious. The air conditioning and fans were very efficient and effective. The back patio, outdoor shower and private pool make this feel like a truly luxurious bargain for the price. The hosts provided plenty of great kitchen amenities, including a full-size fridge, which comes in handy in such tropical climates. If you're visiting the area, we can't recommend this property highly enough. We wish we could have stayed longer.
