Lovely outdoor space! And soooo close to the beach. It being about 3 small blocks from the public parking and the lifeguard stations, means everything is just a bit less busy where the house is, and the beach is a little quieter if you go directly west from the house. The planes flying overhead are loud, so bring some earphones if that's something that bothers you. Joshua is a very helpful and responsive host!

I loved this cottage, it’s location, and our experience. The exterior: private, behind a wooden fence steps away from the sidewalk, with the cutest succulent garden with some tasteful décor. The interior: meticulously curated vintage and retro-style pieces, always something to look at, I appreciate that it wasn’t an IKEA bulk order but a lot of love and care and personality. And it’s SO clean and doesn’t feel cluttered at all! I loved the round yellow bathroom tile, the kitchen sink, the leather chair and ottoman in the living room. So many gems all around. Katrina was a gem herself!!! My toddler got sick (yuck) in bed the first night, and K came to our rescue the next morning with new linens, completely kindhearted and understanding. Related- the free laundry was a godsend to have with a kid, and to simply not have to pack a ton! And the beach gear, stocked supplies in the cabinets, they thought of everything! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was so convenient as we were so close to the beach and popular restaurants. We did a day trip to el Valle which was only 45 minutes away. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and there were plenty of places for all our guests to sleep. We called Rafael a few times and he was always ready and eager to help us. We really felt like he took care of us like family. Our number one priority was safety and we felt very safe in the gated community.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a condo in Baja Las Gaviotas. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The standout feature of this condo was the breathtaking view and waking up to the ocean's expanse each morning was truly a treat. While the condo was generally well-appointed, there were a few quirks worth noting. The master bedroom had a glass wall, which could be a concern for those who value privacy. Additionally, the window coverings didn't fully cover the windows, which might be an issue for light sleepers. However, these aspects didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. Las Gaviotas itself is a gem. The community is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Safety is priority and there are multiple security guards always on duty. A special shoutout to Mario, the host, who was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to answer any questions we had.

The Airbnb house we stayed in was very clean, and the kitchen was tidy, giving off a warm and cozy feeling. It’s located very close to many famous attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The host, Peili was also a wonderful host who gave us a warm and heartfelt welcome when we arrived. They responded promptly to any questions we had and provided many clear and helpful suggestions. We’re very grateful to them.

Really enjoyed this stay! Didn't know much about ocean beach beforehand so was pleasantly surprised! Lots of places very walkable from airbnb which was awesome. Also, having a parking spot ended up being so convenient. There is a lot of noise from the airplanes and I can be sensitive to light/noise but found myself being able to sleep soundly. I appreciated hosts being upfront about these things in listing so I could accurately choose this place. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I recently stayed here for a San Diego trip and it was perfect! It is in a great location since we had seaworld in our plans it was about a 8-10 minute drive so it was nice and easy and little Italy is blocks away so you can always find some good food close by. House was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood so it was nice to sit outside in the evening. Tv’s and games for the kids so it was enjoyable for everyone. They have QR codes around the house in case you need to find something or use an amenity. Easy check in and check out and the staff was easy to communicate with through text. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
