Bob's bungalow was quiet and clean. We had everything we needed and felt like home. Communication with Bob was very easy. Would recommend this place.

Eyasu was responsive at all times. He was flexible and accommodating to our requests. The space was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed sitting outside bbqing, playing games and pool. As we had plans for Legoland and the Safari Park the location worked great for us as close to the highway.

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

This home was perfect for our vacation! very kid/family friendly- he has cribs, baby gates, utensils and plates for kids, lots of books. View was amazing, and is about 15 from everything!

Ciaras place is spectacular! The decor, the linens, the outside space was amazing. Great views. The listing doesn't do it justice! There are so many little extras that made this vacation one of the best. Great location, easy access to the freeway and all these great beach towns. I will definitely be back. Thanks Ciara.

Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a large group! We had a total of 14 in our group for a joint Bach weekend. Josh was a very responsive and helpful host. We loved all of the community space (large kitchen, living room space, and private outdoor patio area) to all hang out. The kitchen was SO nice for cooking for our large group; truly don't think I've ever been in airbnb with as many kitchen utensils available as this one, we had everything we could possibly need and more. There are only 3 bathrooms, so at times it was a fight for the bathrooms and showers with our group, but we made it through lol. The location isn't necessarily walkable to anything (as mentioned in the listing), but very conveniently located to be a quick drive to just about anything in San Diego. Also really appreciated that the checkout duties were quick and minimal.

Jamal's home is beautiful with a 360 view, comfortable and spacious. Great location! Would recommend anyone staying in SD to visit this home! The neighbors were friendly. I especially appreciated the parking and safety!

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

This home is a true Gem. It’s private, Quiet & It has beautiful ocean views! Loved falling asleep & waking up to the sound of the ocean & waves below the home. The master bath is dreamy! I loved every part of the home!😍 I can’t be thankful enough. Linda is an AMAZING host! Honestly, it’s By far my best experience in an Airbnb. We had an AMAZING/RELAXING time. I have never felt more at home, at someone else’s home. Linda was so attentive & accommodated to all our needs! My kids loved the space, there is plenty of room for them to walk around, play & enjoyed sitting around watching Netflix comfortably just like at home. The beach is also just feet away. The house is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need. Everything functioned perfectly. There’s not a single negative thought, other than, I wished we can stay longer.. We were very happy with the place! Bigger than expected and very comfortable! We loved the location because we could pretty much be anywhere in 15 min. The kids loved the game closet (so many!!!) and the treehouse. We enjoyed the Viking stove and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. Grill wasn't working but we let the management company know. Parking was easy. Washer/Dryer was new and easy to use. Single cup coffee machine was a little tedious. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There is a great view of the bay from the house. Liberty station is notorious for airplane noise so be ready for plane noise starting at 6:30am sharp as they are creating their new runway at SAN. The planes stop at around 10pm so its very quiet for sleeping. Most days the planes were taking off right overhead. One day they were landing instead because of the fog and that was a little quieter. It was exciting watching them take off from the upper balcony. We all got used to it.

The bed was incredibly comfortable—I had a great night’s sleep throughout my stay. One small consideration: since the house is located along the flight path of a nearby airport, you might occasionally hear planes overhead, even during the night. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. That said, the overall value is excellent. With six rooms available for under $500 per night, it’s a fantastic deal for groups or families. A bonus for runners: there’s a scenic riverside track nearby, and I really enjoyed my morning jogs there.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The house is beautiful and kept very clean. The back yard was awesome and the view was unbelievable. We only had 3 people in our group but this would be an awesome house for a family. Lisa was amazing also, checked in with us everyday and was super sweet and responsive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Located near a shopping plaza with a grocery store, restaurant, and ice cream shop for any needs. Our kids greatly enjoyed the soccer nets, basketball hoop, and swimming pool. The home was clean and Liam was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Liam!

Great place! Loved the pool, pool table, and patio seating. Very cozy and I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to doing so in the future.

Liam and Mia’s response time is unmatched! They are also so quick to help when in need. We forgot a blender and asked if there was one available somewhere within the house. Unfortunately there wasn’t, but they dropped one off in under 10 minutes. I don’t believe i have ever had a host go out of there way like that. The home felt cozy, like your grandparents or favorite aunts home that you loved to visit to use the pool. The arcades, pool table, and swimming pool truly made it difficult to want to leave the home and enjoy San Diego! We would love to stay here again. Thank you Liam and Mia!

This was a beautiful home for a girls getaway staycation. The pool was clean and so was all of the home. Super cool set up! There’s a little game area space upstairs so also fun for a guys trip. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that they have black out curtains! Will definitely be booking again when I stay in SD. It’s like a 25 minute drive to gaslamp district and all of the restaurants in that area like Javier’s and Red O. Also, we felt comfortable cooking in the kitchen. Mostly all of the essentials are provided, including great coffee! Don’t hesitate and book!

Sally was a very responsive and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a residential area on top of a hill so shopping and restaurants require a drive. We were out exploring for most of our trip but did enjoy using the pool (a little chilly in April). Shared kitchen with guests renting the other room.
