The beds were so comfortable and the space was perfect for getting 10 family members together. It was good for teens and young adults as well as old adults. Lots of separate spaces to hang out and visit. Hosts were super responsive and answered any questions we had. All in all a really great weekend!!! Thank you so much!!

We spent a week at this house. It was the perfect resting place after moving out of our home while in transition to our new house.The house is tucked into a peaceful cul de sac, it was very quiet during our stay. The house is clean and cozy.We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and entertaining guests with a wide arrange of games on the patio. The location is close to the freeways so its easy to get to all our destinations. I definitely would recommend this listing and visit again.

The home and setting is beautiful! Perfect for our family coming from far distances to celebrate a graduation from a local University. Ahn was very helpful and quick to respond and assist with any and everything. Hope to have the occasion to come back again!

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute and cozy perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were absolutely amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right throughout my stay. The home itself was thoughtfully decorated and had a great vibe. One of the highlights was definitely the game room it had everything you’d want to unwind and have some fun. But my favorite part was the movie room! It was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like having my own little theater. I spent hours just relaxing there with a blanket and some snacks. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, charming, and full of little touches that made it feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and cozy experience!

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

From check in to check out the host clearly communicated everything we needed to know. The place was stunning! We had plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The place is so comfortable and had everything we needed to just enjoy our stay. We highly recommend the place to anyone else.

A fabulous house, excellent location.

The place was as described. The host was excellent and responsive . Great location!! One suggestion is that neither bedroom had black out shades so the rooms would get dark when it was dark outside.

We had a really nice time in Brianna’s home which really has everything I can imagine anyone needing and is exactly as described in the listing,. The ocean views from Patio are especially amazing and a quick walk to beach down Anita Street stairs. Would love to come back someday. The garage you park in is even very nice and makes you feel safe and secure about your car. Brianna was very quickly responsive to our several basic questions at beginning of stay.

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had yet! Great place and great location! We were there for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable in Vanessa’s home. She is so nice and helpful and super responsive. The Airbnb sits behind her home and is a separate building. The backyard is very private and just lovely. She maintains this house with lots of care. I will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

This cottage is fabulous! Cleanliness, location, decor, linens all 5 star. Highly recommend if you are looking for the quintessential beach cottage steps from Shaw’s Cove and all Laguna Beach has to offer!

This was the second time in the space of a year that we stayed at this property. It’s amazing for young families. Everything in walking distance and literally 100 yards from the beach. Very quiet area, and perfect location to walk around and explore. The property is kept so well, and always super clean and tidy. You really do feel at home here. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Will definitely stay here anytime we’re visiting Newport Beach!

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a few feet from the beach, which made it super convenient for daily walks and beach time. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach, which was a huge plus. Sean was a great host, very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay was lovely. This quintessentially classic Balboa Island house felt like home away from home — comfortable, warm and inviting, cozy and quaint … yet spacious, too. We were all thrilled to have plenty of elbow room. Excellent location on little Balboa Island made parking super easy, plus the main walk-around area was truly a quick, easy stroll away. Appreciated the kitchen/baths being well stocked with basic supplies and essential equipment. Host communication was superb. Five stars!!!

We had such a wonderful stay, loved the privacy and felt safe. Being on the beach was amazing. The beds were really comfy linens were clean and crisp. Love and appreciate that it was built in the 1950’s. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. Friendly neighbors. We will definitely be back. I couldn’t help myself and had to rake the yard of sand it was my zen.

We had a great stay at Hoang's place with our family. he was a very accommodating and gracious host with a great eye for interior design. The place was impeccably decorated and clean. There was a lot of pool equipment including loungers, floaties, pool noodles, life vests. The entrance to the pool area was gated, for peace of mind with kids. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids, and the adults loved the indoor/outdoor living/dining space. Overall a great stay for a family get together!
