Perfectly described- amazing host

The location of this Airbnb just cannot be beat. We’ve stayed at a few airbnbs in Newport Beach but this was my favorite in terms of location. Right on oceanfront, close to restaurants and the fun zone. Noise wasn’t too bad for how central the place is. Communication was prompt. There were a few cons: no umbrellas or beach chairs provided so bring your own! The toilet seats were scuffed up and should be replaced. Besides the few minor negatives, I would still rate this place 5 stars!

Jimmy's house is beautiful and fully functional. Although there were some minor problems when we moved in but he followed up and solved in time.

Just a quick visit to beautiful Balboa island to attend Wienerfest in Huntington Beach.. such a cute apartment with a relaxing outdoor patio and the kitchen stocked with more than listed which we love cause we always cook our own meals! Great communication easy check in and great location on the island to walk to catch the ferry and enjoy the waterfront! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great place. Immaculately clean and the views from the room were beautiful. Good location for all of the OC's offerings and attractions, very central and close to Disneyland and the beaches. Only issues were the building. Pool is unheated so a little cold for May, and two of the three elevators went down for several days. Otherwise, great stay!

Central location with great access to the beach and short ride to the center of Laguna Beach. Drakes is a wonderful restaurant next door to the apartment.

I really can’t say enough about my experience at Andrew’s place! Super comfy. Super thoughtful. Great bedding and pillows. Many good instructions. Awesome coffee shop in the lobby. Felt super safe. Nice and friendly staff and neighbors. Free Parking. I was down for a conference at the convention center and I could walk everywhere. Friends also stayed in the building and we all looked at each others places and Andrew’s by far was the nicest! And Andrew made everything super easy. thank you!!!!

There is everything you need, very closed to the beach. Good stay!

Kye’s place was great! It matched the description and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The building is pet friendly and we felt comfortable walking our dog in the area. We would stay again!

Awesome little Beach hideaway in the heart of San Clemente. Everything we needed was there. Easy walking distance to the Ocean, Beaches and great restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to Return again in the future.

Farah place was very nice and clean. Although the directions seem confusing at first it’s actually really easy. Farah was very responsive. The place is super clean and big. Definitely would recommend staying. And it was down the street from the Irvine spectrum!

Natalie’s place is just perfect . It is updated with nice furnishings, great patio to look onto the rail trail and have your coffee or listen to the tree frogs at night. The bed was very comfortable . The kitchen is well stocked . The whole place was very clean and rooms are big and airy. Walk right down the creek trail 8 mins to Doheny Beach and park . Doheny Cafe is the with great fish tacos , breakfast and lunch and a bar for happy hour. There is always live entertainment there . Walk out to the jetty and watch the seals play in the water. All just a quick walk from the air bnb . Walk the other way to Capistrano beach which leads your to San Clemente . Natalie is very responsive to every question. Easy check in . Don’t miss this great spot !

We had a lovely stay. Looks just like the photos. Place is quiet, very clean, modern, spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping and OC airport. The host was really friendly and responsive which made it easy getting settled in. Overall experience was wonderful. We will stay again. Highly recommended.

This is my first time ever booking an airbnb. The host sent a list and picture visuals for instructions on how to get in whether it was with or without a car. This made it extremely smooth and understanding to know how to get to the location of the airbnb. A parking spot and guest parking was provided. The host was able to always answer my questions and even gave us an extra 30 mins for us to check out since we were a little behind. Place looked exactly like the pictures, everything was clean and tidy and they even provided toiletries and towels, full sets of cups, plates, and silverware, cooking ingredients (sauces and stuff) and it just felt like home. We didn’t need to buy anything extra because everything was provided for us. Lux Properties is outstanding and was an amazing host and provided us with an amazing living space for a one night stay. Thank you so much, and if me and my friends ever plan on coming down again, we will definitely book with Lux Properties! :)

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Great resort

My husband and I wanted the comfort of a home after extending a business trip. We had everything we needed at this apartment! We especially loved the view from the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful walking path nearby. I also appreciated SunnyStay’s excellent communication and instructions.

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

The apartment was clean and roomy. We were able to cook a little and enjoy time in kitchen and living area. The pool and hot tub on grounds were amazing. This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.
