Monthly Rentals in Coral Gardens Reef

Had a very nice stay- Jeremy and Kennetta were both very responsive and extremely helpful. The place was a lot smaller than we both expected when looking at the pictures- but perfect size for just 2 people for sure. The bed was extremely comfortable- they had all the amenities that was listed plus a lot of little extras that came in handy such as laundry detergent, extra spices if you wish to cook and lots of little things that I assume guests left over to make your stay more comfortable. Soo some room for improvement includes having a dresser or some type of drawers to help store items would be great- also they have an alarm system, but it is totally unusable- if you set it at night and move around at all it will go off and there is no way to be able to set it - don’t understand the point of this. There are soo many little ants and bugs around- (This is not something that they can control) - I was very happy that they supplied Raid to help with this!! Overall good stay.

Loved everything about this place, highly recommend this place. Stayed for 6 days and located couple minutes away from beautiful beaches. Really quiet and peaceful.

This is a great secluded stay that me and my wife enjoyed. The studio is spacious and well laid out, it has everything you need plus laundry in unit is a huge bonus. This stay is a great value but best for people with rental cars. There is a grill on site which is great and a pool if you’re into that. There is also a nice dock you can hang out on on the premise. Location wise we liked the private feel of it being located further away on a dead end, it gave us some serenity from our daily hectic life. If we are to come back to the island, I actually would prefer to stay here again, I think the studios in similar price ranges aren’t as nice. This is a good location driving wise because you can get to multiple beaches in 5-10 min and if you choose to go further 15-30 min. Lot’s of markets and restaurants also within 10-15 min. I still think it’s crazy people spend hundreds of dollars a night for mediocre hotels when you can stay in a nice place like this.

Our experience at Jeff’s place was top notch. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities and more that you could think of. You truly could relax and felt taken care of. The listing was exactly as described! A wonderful locations! Within walking distance to Smith’s reef and what feels like your own private beach. It is also close to some wonderful places to eat from daily coffee at Turks Wave and delicious dinners at Mango Reef and the Marine room. Jeff was helpful and kind and really made sure our experience was wonderful. We will certainly be booking with him again! Thanks for wonderful memories.
