Vickie’s rentals always feel like home. She always has personal touches that are above and beyond what would ever be expected. All toiletries are provided, snacks, coffee and all the trimmings, whatever is in the fridge or the pantry is welcomed to be used and you can tell those items are added on purpose to feel like home. Like staying a Friends home. This house is absolutely stunning in person, spotless in every area. The master bed is very comfortable, and that bathroom….a dream! The neighborhood is quiet, safe and secure. We enjoyed downtown Belton and highly recommend eating at the Gin. Whenever we are in the Temple area, we always first look for Vickie’s rentals. My husband and I can’t rave enough about our rental experiences with her. Until next time!

We have an annual friend get-together with a total of 3 couples. Michele’s place was perfect for that because we each had a nice private, separated sleeping area with our own bathroom. The home was immaculate, with a great kitchen and large pantry to tuck away all of your foodstuff. There was plenty of room to hang out and visit and a large table to gather around. Would stay again!

My family and I had a great stay at Jackie’s. The location is private and peaceful with a beautiful backyard. We really loved having two kitchens to be able to prepare food for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

If you love historic homes this is perfect. Beautiful home with an amazing location and plenty of beds and space. Super easy check in and check out.

James was very responsive during our stay with any questions we might have had and the home was the perfect place for our Spring Break trip - the pool was a hit with the kids and was the perfect place to hang out at in the evenings once getting back from exploring the area during the day.

We always plan a yearly girl’s trip and have stayed all over Texas. We decided on Salado this year and we all agree this house is a fav! The owners have done such a great job of making the house feel comfortable, but also immaculate and completely updated. There were snacks provided in the kitchen, which was a first! So peaceful and totally safe area, with a quick drive to the heart of Salado. We’ve even talked about going back to this location, which will be a first for us. Thank you Kelly & Kelly!

Heel leuk verblijf gehad Bunkhouse. Veel lieve dieren op het terrein. De kinderen hebben kunnen honkballen in de kooi, gezwommen en geknuffeld met de verschillende dieren zoals paarden en 🐰🐮🐶🐷🐱. Op korte rijafstand liggen diverse restaurants en op een uurtje rijden Austin. Een aanrader wie het (texaanse) boerderij leven wil ervaren 👌

Such an amazing place, we felt at home and loved it. Seconds to the creak and so many awseome restaurants and shops. Perfect for us with a young child / would be the best getaway for a couple. Great night life so close yet cabin was quiet and calm. Loved it and can't wait for our next visit to Salado from UK. Carol was great with updating us before, during and after stay. The best host. We are sad to be home now!

We loved our stay at this Air B&B. Ada was super responsive, the home was very inviting and everything was in walking distance from the house!

We loved our stay! Vicki was very responsive to my questions and have clear and complete directions for everything. The apartment was super clean, was decorated so nicely, and had everything we needed and more! I would definitely love to stay again and recommend the Highway Hideaway to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. a nice home to visit with old friends without distractions. Belton is a cute small town on a river with pleasant restaurants. Home was as represented.

Our first air b&b experience and we were delighted with the visit. The cottage was lovely and well stocked with all we could need. Our hostess had delicious muffins, snacks and cold drinks waiting. This is definitely a 5 star experience.

Perfect quiet getaway in a farming city. Raul’s home was very clean and homey. He was very responsive and had the place ready for guests.

She responds back very quick and also she is very understandable.
