Was cute little place to stay! Perfect for our daughter and her family. They worked with checkin time. We got into town and had a wedding rehearsal and dinner so we checked in late. But Joe & Janie were very responsive and would check in and see how we are doing, if all was okay! They were so great!!! Definitely would recommend this place! And would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view. We spent a great deal of time in the beautiful deck with great seating. A couple of things that were disappointing were the master bed (not very comfortable mattress) and the roads were super bumpy. We tried getting to the lake access, which was about a half mile drive down the road, but road was bad, so we gave up. Aside from that, the house itself and our stay was very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Vista! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process stress-free. We especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view and the private hot tub. Angie was a great host she even left us some cookies for us to eat, but we couldn’t eat them all because we were out off calorie budget :)). She is very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I stayed here with my husband and son and we were all very comfortable and enjoyed the space. Had everything we needed and would stay again if we went back to this city. It was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed.

A spacious balcony is furnished with a large coffee table and comfortable seating, offering views of Lake Belton. The area is shaded by a ceiling fan, and decorative rugs add a touch of comfort. Stairs lead down to the lower level surrounded by greenery.

Proactive communication, spotless home. Kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials; seasonings, cookware, utensils in order for me to cook for my family. My husband loved the outdoor sitting areas. The children loved the games, using the fire pit outside for smores and especially seeing deer walk in the backyard… also the beautiful balcony view. The home was close to nearby attractions we were interested in as well, like chalk ridge falls and Waco. Peaceful neighborhood too. Everything was spotless for our last minute booking. We greatly appreciate them for all the beautiful details of their home. *** in case you have toddlers like myself, ages 1-5, this home is perfect for us. There was not a pack and play, but thankfully I brought our own. Just a little heads up ❤️🙏 We look forward to booking here again! We had a wonderful time, a home away from home experience.

Stayed here for a relaxing weekend away and it was perfect. Close enough to everything but very serene! The house has so much charm and we loved the screened in patio and wildlife watching. Pamela was super helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back!!!

This pleasantly decorated home is comfortable and has plenty of space for one or two adults. A family might feel crowded because there is only one bedroom with two beds and one bathroom. Parking is on the street which was no problem for me. I stayed for 2 weeks and found the neighborhood quiet, well maintained, and convenient to my daily destination of Fort Cavazos. The home is close to the grocery store and few restaurants Copperas Cove offers. The owner is very responsive and maintains the property well. There are a couple of key appliances missing so read the description carefully. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

Great stay.We were in town for my sons birthday for 5 nights at Josie’s place.This house is perfect for a large family and small one like ours.The house is very nice,clean,and in a nice neighborhood.The pool was awesome.We loved the covered patio in the back that had furniture and a nice size tv.Josie was a great host who was quick to respond to any questions we had.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.We don’t visit my son as much as we would like,because we get so bored at the hotels and other homes we have rented.This was the first time we really didn’t want to leave!

One of the most interesting rentals we have ever used. Owners communicated with us extremely well, including so much of the unusual history of the building. Very spacious for our group of 5 with every amenity you could want. We would definitely use it again if staying in that area.

A wonderful homey retreat that allowed 4 generations to stay in the same house for a staycation with our family stationed at the Army base. Lots of games to play for every age. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the young and not so young. Overall would recommend and stay there again.
