Cozy and quiet guest house, first row to Kystagerparken and 100 meters to the beach and harbor. Walking distance (1 km) to S-train that takes you to Copenhagen city center in 10 minutes. You can also easily bike to the city via the park. The house is located independently on the property (we live in another house), and from the small sunny terrace there is direct access to nature. The house contains a small kitchen area, a simple bathroom and living room/bedroom (with a good sofa bed with top mattress, 160 cm. in width) as well as kitchen.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space with room for the whole family. The 31 m2 annex on 2 floors, has 4 beds, 2 of which are on a 130 cm sofa bed (recently replaced with a newer one - on the recommendation of several guests😉) There are good opportunities for both free parking and access to public transport. The house is located in our backyard with a private entrance . Note: access to 1. Sal is via narrow staircase. Towels, duvets, pillows and bed linen are included. Final cleaning is applied automatically.

Cozy annex of 35 sqm with loft, private entrance and private terrace for rent. Built in new Yorker style with exposed beams and just a 2-minute walk from Vanløse metro and shopping opportunities. You can be in the center of Copenhagen in 10 minutes by metro. Annex contains living room with open kitchen, bedroom late loft. Both beds are 140 cm wide. Please note there are no doors to bedroom. Welcome to our lovely bright annex , here it is possible to stay in a 3 minute walk down to Utterslev bog, with its own entrance and terrace, which can be used by guests. Our home is located with only 5 km to the center of Copenhagen and there are buses from the front door and directly into Copenhagen city center. The annex has a private bathroom and a kitchenette where it is possible to prepare smaller meals. It is possible to sleep up to 4 people, 2 people on the loft and sofa bed respectively.

It is centrally located, close to buses, metro and train, all of which run directly to Copenhagen and Copenhagen Airport in a short time. There are various shopping options within a 3-10 minute walk. Otherwise, the Fields shopping mall, which has restaurants, shops, cinema, etc., is only 20 minutes away on foot. Royal Arena is also a short walk away. The bus also runs to both of these places.

The Guesthouse is located close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. It's close to the sea, harbour and beach. The bathing pier 'Sneglen' is well-known on Amager.
