Monthly Rentals in Cookbury

We enjoyed our stay here very much, the surroundings are peaceful and private and yet close to local amenities and supermarket. The house is very much as described in the images. They have lots of games and books for adults and kids to enjoy. We had quite an experience with our original booking at another place and had to urgently book this accommodation at 4am in the morning and Alex and Cathy were extremely accommodating, we received a confirmation from them around 6 in the morning and they also accommodated our request for an early check in which meant the world to us given that we were 8 people and 2 pets who drove from London to Devon to celebrate our friend’s milestone birthday and somehow found ourselves with no where to stay due to an Airbnb admin error with our previous booking. Alex and Cathy helped us enjoy the rest of our holiday.

Sue's place was ideal for my dad to stay, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped in a lovely part of Devon.

Lovely stay, clean, comfortable bed. The wood fired hot tub was amazing! The hosts lit it before our arrival, so it didn’t take long to get warmed up. Very helpful with instructions on how to use it and we’re at hand for anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We still can't figure out why this was so cheap?! The house was a lovely, intimate and relaxing. Caroline popped over with a few recommendations and then left us to it, but was available if we had any questions. We were greeted to a clean and cosy home where fresh scones were left for us and jam and cream which was the perfect start to out trip to Devon! Cannot recommend enough!
