Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all the necessary and clean materials. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find it and reported it to me. I found out later that the lost item was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of hiking. The gentlemen at the reception are always helpful, careful about the building's security and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is beautiful, well located, in ten minutes walk we were at the San Telmo Market and the apartment is also on the side of a meter, making it easy to get around. The building is quiet, well located. We loved the stay. Silvia and Herman were very kind and helpful. Checkout was very flexible, we love and indicate for sure!

This place was great for my partner and I. We both work online and it had enough spaces for us to comfortably work in different areas of the apartment.

We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is giant and great for sleeping, and the host served us super well. Very nice and comfortable place with unbeatable view. It should be noted that upon arrival there was soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, shampoo and conditioner, a bottle of cold water, all this makes you feel welcome at the accommodation. I would definitely come back.

A great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood of BA with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. As has been said in previous reviews there is noise from passing traffic so lighter sleepers will benefit from use of ear plugs! Accommodation as described and seen in photos. It was an added bonus to have gym, roof terrace and pool. Communal machines are available on site too and are very reasonably priced. Ale was an exceptional host and very responsive from the start of the booking process right through, answering any questions we had very promptly. All in all we would definitely recommend Ale’s place in San Telmo as a great place to stay and explore the city!

Hernán contacted me very quickly, as did Carolina. They made us feel accompanied all the time and were always very attentive to what we needed. The photos reflect the reality of the property. There were no surprises. It was super clean and with new appliances. We were greeted by Carolina and her daughter. We will definitely rent again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The house looks like from a movie, super stylish, comfy, and spacious. I wish I could live there for a year haha The office is huge and nice, with a big window, definitely made me more productive.

The stay was great and the place was just like the pictures. Super usable the apartment with the grillboard ! We just didn't have wifi throughout the stay and it couldn't be fixed because it was holiday days. Beyond these points we would go again!
