I really appreciate that hosts with such a place and historical value open their doors and give us the opportunity to stay in a unique space with all the details and so much hospitality and effort to make that moment unique for each guest they host... Infinite gratitude to Sandra and Viviana for giving us moments we will never forget. Big hug to both.

Great location and nice apartment

Beautiful apartment, not too big but good enough for 1-2 people. Owner is extremely kind, nice welcome in person on the check-in. Nice terrace, everything is modern and clean. Safe building, brand new. It was worth the stay, I recommend it !

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Our stay was 1 month. The apartment had everything you needed and was just like the pictures.

An amazing apartment in beautiful San Telmo. Stunning interior, very comfortably furnished and equipped and very, very quiet. Stephen was very responsive and Willy the concierge was always friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is spectacular with cafes, restaurants and bars everywhere. An excellent home from which to enjoy Buenos Aires.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and Av. 9 de Julio. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff is respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd go back.

Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all the necessary and clean materials. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find it and reported it to me. I found out later that the lost item was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of hiking. The gentlemen at the reception are always helpful, careful about the building's security and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

The perfect place, clean, well located for walking around the San Telmo area with a lot to see and visit. The views of the city are a luxury. Laura was very attentive, she gave us nice recommendations. Everything was perfect 💯

I really liked the place, good amenities since it has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna that just when I was there was not available, but the rest of the services were excellent. Esteban responds quickly to everything and is very friendly. The area is very quiet, very safe, you can walk at night and it is nice to walk across the women's bridge at night, the view of the river and the very nice hotels outside stand out. And even though the GPS shows San Telmo, it is in front of the women's bridge, it is practically next to Puerto Madero and San Telmo. The hotel has good security at the entrance and exit. There are also police in the area constantly, which gives you security to go out at night or during the day.

Excellent value for money, very well heated and very good service from the host! 100% recommended!
