New apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires: Wi-Fi, LED Smart TV (includes free Netflix, no cable). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes, coffee maker, etc.). Queen-size sommier with excellent quality mattress, linens and towels per person included, shampoo and soap. Large sofa bed, central heating, air conditioning hot/cold, double glazed windows with blackout curtains. Extra mattress for use on the floor. Located in a luxury tower with modern facilities: Swimming pool for children and adults, two grills with tables and chairs, beautiful garden, full laundry (washing machine and dryer), doorman, 24-hour security, and two elevators. The building's location is perfect, especially suited to tourists who come to visit Buenos Aires and the best place for this is the historic Buenos Aires neighborhood of San Telmo, where you will find tango classes everywhere, craft fairs, antique fairs, bars, cafes and restaurants typical of the city, streets adorned with old and beautiful street lamps, with a large number of visitors from all over the world. The apartment's vicinity has a wide range of cuisine and great nightlife. Easy access from the main highways, near the micro-center, banking area, Buenos Aires Government House, Casa Rosada, National Congress and courts. On the same block you will find two parking lots, a butcher shop, a grocery store, a newsstand, a bakery, and more. The building has a beautiful swimming pool, two barbecues in the garden with tables and chairs, doorman and 24-hour security, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer (these work with coins or tokens). High-speed WiFi Internet, LED Smart TV with Netflix (no cable), central heating, and two hot/cold air conditioners. I'm available for any emergencies or questions from my guests. Trendy Loft Steps to Plaza Dorrego

Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Casa Bolívar. Art&Design and in HistoricCenter

This is a beautiful apartment in a 1910 three-story building. It keeps its original masonry and marble stairs as well as its original facade. There is only one apartment per floor. The Old San Telmo Market is right across the street. Have your first breakfast at Nica, a cute café situated on the ground floor of the building. This one is on me! My treat! To keep in mind: the neighbors is very friendly but it is not quiet; the nights tend to be vibrant and busy.
