The house is exactly what is detailed. Very good value for money. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to park. Very good location, 10 minutes drive from Carcasonne Castle. The house was cozy, everything we were looking for. Thank you very much for everything

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

A great stay in Carcassonne. Barbara was a friendly, welcoming host. The apartment is perfectly placed for exploring the citadel and the wider city, and the parking space is a huge bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Very pleasant stay. House perfectly arranged to be both together in the living room and with each its own sleeping space. Pelet stove and wood stove much appreciated in mid-season. We had a great Easter time with my friends and children in this cottage. The park is beautiful and allows children and adults to enjoy the amenities (pétanque, swing, trampoline). The annex room, very large, allows you to eat together, to play billiards, darts, foosball, without disturbing those looking for calm. In short, the we were too pleasant. We'll probably come back to that.

Everything's perfect

The house and its amenities were just perfect! The garden is very pleasant, especially with the barbecue to fully enjoy the sunny days. Special mention for the superb wooden sauna, a real plus to relax. It was really nice to arrive and find the beds already made. Everything was spotless from start to finish. I would recommend it in a second!

A small place in a semi-detached house independent of the owner's. Very nice garden with lots of flowers. Private terrace. Functional and very clean, well-equipped (induction stove). Very friendly welcome with lots of sightseeing recommendations. For info: possibility of public tennis court a few meters at the end of the path, boat and bike rental at the nearby port of Bram. And thanks for the delicious homemade jam!

We spent a wonderful time in the house. The surroundings were calm and we enjoyed the pool.

The setting is very pleasant, quiet with the large pool and parking space. The welcome is warm and provides instructions and tips for visits, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay, during which we traveled to visit Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, Collioure, Minerve and many others. Regarding the accommodation, the separate toilet from the shower room is a real plus. There are the essentials on site (washing machine and clothes rack, kitchen accessories, dish towels, etc.).

The house is very good as shown in the photos, it does not lack any detail, the town is a bit secluded but with roads in good condition and surrounded by vineyards, very nice tour. Very quiet, ideal for resting after visiting much busier areas.

Christophe's place is great, especially if you like animals and go rogue, and he was one of the kindest guests I've ever had! Super predisposed to help with anything, and with a lot of patience to show all the animals to our little daughter. While it is true that the mobile home is not the most comfortable place we have been to, and that some minor improvements (like a single-command tap in the shower), the holiday in their home was simply a 10. Thanks for hosting us, sure slgun day will be back! :)

A fantastic week at this lovely property. The house was really well equipped and was beautifully furnished. The hosts were really quick to respond when we had an issue with the cooker and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The view from the house was amazing and the pool was very much appreciated in the summer heat. We can't wait to return

Nice house and well positioned, so it is in a quiet area but close to shops and big cities (approx. 10-15 min). The host is very welcoming, very accommodating and flexible on check-in time. In terms of accommodation, no surprises, everything is described in the listing. Comfortable, peaceful, around the vineyards. Nothing to say about this nice little stay. Recommended.

This trip was wonderful and this listing contributed greatly to it. It is perfectly located at the top of the village, the view is stunning, it is very comfortable and very well-equipped. And not to mention Pascale's hospitality and kindness. Big bonus for the good wood fire that was waiting for us upon arrival. Once again, thank you for everything.

Our stay was lovely. We were hosted very well, and enjoyed the calm of the environment. The accommodation is in a good location for exploring the surrounding area. And what a chance to enjoy the garden in complete privacy to have your meals outside!

A fantastic place to disconnect and slow down. Perfect if you enjoy simple pleasures like reading a book by the wood-burning stove. We really enjoyed our stay—the village is incredibly peaceful, and there are plenty of charming spots and activities to explore in the surrounding area.
