The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

Right on the lake. Enjoy the great sunsets unobstructed. Easy access ramp leading to the entrance door. Enter The living room Kitchen area. Two double sliding doors open to the large screened Porch were you can just relax and don’t forget the sunsets. The bathroom has a large walk in rain head shower The two bedrooms have full size very comfortable mattresses. A full size kitchen and a nice eating area. Two docks for fishing or just relaxing. Year round adventure is waiting just for you.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Kitchen has an island with 2 stools all modern look. House has Wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney channels. This is a very small home 6ft low shower. with great quality items. Nice place to relax. This is a Well thought out airbnb. Attention to details in so many ways. Honest and completely straight forward of what to expect. Definitely recommend for a stay for 2. Though plenty of outdoor space is available (deck amd underneath the tree house) you'd have to be creative to make it work for 4. An exceptional find!

wow....what can we say about Annie's home on the range and Darlene. We were over from the UK for our sons graduation from LR. Darlene was amazing from the time we booked (a year in advance) until we left. She made sure we had everything we needed, she lent us her cool box, bought a new BBQ and brought us doughnuts on leaving! The house was spotless, comfortable and a wonderful place to stay. We loved the porch with swing too. Thank you Darlene & Kevin! If we're back in Hickory we will be staying again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Linda and Greg were great hosts! They were kind and accommodating, even bringing out alpaca food for us to feed them when we asked. We really enjoyed our stay and the pool was great! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family in Hickory!

Beautiful home on a lovely street lined with historic homes. The U-shaped driveway provided ample parking. Awesome deck on the rear of the home. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located near downtown, with many local restaurants and stores within walking distance. We had an incredible dinner at The Vintage House Restaurant, about 3 minutes away by car. Corey was a friendly and responsive host. I would recommend this home over any hotel in Hickory.

This is a clean, comfortable place. It is well-furnished, and I especially appreciated the luggage racks, closet space, and the hooks at the entrance and in the bathroom. I also was glad to have dedicated charging stations beside the bed. The bathroom is roomy enough and well stocked. The parking is plentiful and easy. The hosts made a point of including information about the busy curve that the duplex is on. That was helpful information.

Deralyn & John have a beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was private & beautiful, and close to shopping & eateries. The home was clean, cozy, & adorable; the lake was within walking distance. They were both very helpful and responsive.
