Monthly Rentals in Congerstone

We stayed at Shaun's cottage for two nights as we were attending a wedding at nearby Thorpe Gardens. Shaun had provided us with very clear instructions for check in and finding his place; we were driving from Birmingham and had no problems with our arrival experience. Shaun's cottage was very clean, fresh and tidy. The kitchen and living room were very cosy and provided a lovely respite for us. The bedroom and bathroom were also very clean with little clutter. The cottage has a lovely outlook to a garden space, it's a perfect hideaway for anyone looking for a country escape. Unfortunately we weren't staying for too long so we didn't get to explore the area, but would very much consider returning to the cottage for a holiday in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay, the pod (pod 2) accommodation was fantastic and fitted our needs as a family of 4, with brilliant views that could be enjoyed from the hot tub. The onsite play park for kids was unexpected but really good and there was plenty of other space for them to play too. We didn't pay attention to which pod we had booked but there are different internal layouts and orientations/locations on the site so something we will be aware of next time we come.

I had a long stay at this cottage and it was perfect for both working and leisure. It was very cosy in the winter with the log burner and still had lots of space with the conservatory to work with effective wifi. The village is lovely, with a very busy pub and lots of walks in every direction. Tracey was a great host, very responsive and relaxed, giving you space but checking in regularly. The garden was lovely with lots of space especially if you have a dog with you. Lots of parking was a bonus too! I would very highly recommend for any length of stay.
