Candice’s place was so cute! We loved the aesthetic and decor! There wasn’t a picture of the yard… but there should be because it’s huge!!! That was our favorite part because we traveled with a toddler! The beds were comfy, TVs were huge, and it was clean! The area was also super quiet, we are used to living in the busy city, it was nice to have some quiet! 10/10 would recommend!

We have stayed here before and it was as great as before. Location is great. There is a park across the street and restaurants close by. The road has little traffic. The bed is very comfy and the house is wonderfully functional and furnished.

This place was PERFECT! You read the disclosure, “You’re staying in someone’s home, please be respectful.” This is the first time I genuinely felt like I was in someone’s HOME! We had all we needed and some! Wonderful communication, the house was clean, and there was an abundance of hot water!! If you have lots of ppl like us, you know how valuable that is!

The Vivian Irene Suite was adorable and very clean. It had so much beautiful historic charm. We loved our stay. We were in town celebrating our anniversary, we started with spa services at the Elms and had dinner at Ventana. The restaurant was a short lovely walk from the suite, there were several other restaurants and bars to choose from in walking distance. We could hear some street noise from people walking downtown / leaving bars later in the evening but nothing too bad and felt it was to be expected with the downtown location and a historic building. The space is perfect for a couples night/weekend away. Robin gave detailed instructions on how to get on before our arrival.

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

The Book House was a great place to stay in Excelsior Springs. Located on the edge of the vibrant downtown; 2 blocks from the walking trail; and good value for the money. The place is fresh, clean, cozy, and well appointed. Definitely staying again if I find that we need to stay in the area.

I took six teenage boys and this place was perfect for them! Not only was there the swim dock/slide, kayaks and swimspa to keep them occupied, they loved hanging out on the double deck. The basement was setup as a great place to sleep and hangout. It’s a great place for adults and kids. Definitely will go back!

Staying at Shangrila was definitely what I needed! Aaron was amazing and hospitable. His property had everything he listed which made it very easy to just make myself at home. He was responsive with questions, and made the checkin and checkout process extremely seamless. I would absolutely recommend this place to others if you are looking for a peaceful respite. Hopefully I will get a chance to visit Shangrila again soon! Thank you so much Aaron for an amazing experience!!!

This was the most adorable and relaxing Airbnb my husband and I have stayed in during our kid-free travels. We loved the simple, thoughtful design and the calming vibe—especially the attention to clean products like natural soaps and oils for scent. The selection of organic teas, local honey, and the delicious sweet treat waiting for us made our arrival feel extra special. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home with your OWN dock! We loved being able to sit in the hot tub and look at the lake. The house was clean and felt very safe. Our favorite place to eat nearby was Little Basshole’s! The bar had super friendly staff and good, classic American food. We grabbed some take out and had a few drinks by the lake. It was glorious! Having been at many lake houses, it was not too shocking to see large loose gravel around the lake but please note that before traveling. We ended up arriving during a torrential downpour and I was very thankful to have my all-wheel drive vehicle. Overall, it was an awesome experience and we hope to be back.

This was a great place for a large group get together. It had everything that we needed and then some. Awesome host, and very upfront, responsive, and accommodating to what we needed the place for (freshly mowed the grass so we would have a place for games in the yard). The backyard is secluded enough from the road that you don't hear it when you are back there and really would only notice it if you are out on the front porch. Perfect place for hosting a peaceful get together out in the country, would recommend it to anyone. Would return if our need for a space like this arises!

It was comfortable. We dug into the DVD collection a bit, had a great time swimming on the lake, the neighbors cut down a tree and kept our bonfire loaded with wood. Everyone is friendly and neighborly, and we really love this little quiet nook on the water.

‘Lily Pad’ Oasis w/ Dock on Lake of the Ozarks!

We had a great time at Lily Pad!Love the dock for the ease of getting the boat in and out of the slip (calm cove). We also enjoyed the dock to hang out, jump off of and/or just float. (Plus there’s a great ladder!) One of our favorite things was the big screened in porch! Perfect for morning coffee or family hangouts at night. Our dog loved the feeling of the outdoors on the porch too. It comes equipped with lots of extras at the dock shed if you don’t already have floaties, etc! There’s even smaller doggie life jackets if your pup doesn’t swim. 😏 We would definitely recommend!

Great place with plenty of open space for groups. Basement was perfect for late night hangouts without waking others up or disturbing the quiet hours. Would definitely book this place again and plan to in the future! Super cozy beds which seem to be hard to find on this app. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Couches were also super comfortable! Highly recommend
