⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My family and I had a great stay! The home was exactly as described and pictured online—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood directly across from an elementary school and a church. It’s also conveniently close to downtown Concord, which made getting around easy. I truly appreciated the peaceful environment and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Alex and his Co-host were extremely friendly kind and welcoming. The communication was good and we felt at home the entire stay! The city on Benicia is beautiful and the neighborhood is very peaceful and secure. We will be staying here again when I get called back for work.

Kenney was a great host, his house was spacious and clean with all the amenities to make you feel at home. He was very accommodating and responsive.

Jorge's place was beautiful–better than the pictures. He was extremely communicative and helpful. If we're ever in the area again, we'll def stay there.

This was a really cute house in a great neighborhood. The host is super nice, responsive and kind. The bed (it was only me and I slept in the master) was really comfortable as was the couch. It was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked. I was able to do laundry and the entire place from top to bottom was spotless. This house is a gem!

We had such a wonderful experience at this home! It was absolutely beautiful, exceeding our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we had a great time and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We particularly loved how spacious and well-decorated it was, the peaceful atmosphere, the convenient location. It was the perfect place to unwind, spend quality time with family.

I stayed for 4 nights to attend my Father's funeral and connect with family in Hayward and the rest of the East Bay. I was looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable, private, and beautiful - it was all those things! A cozy and comforting perch at the base of the foothills complete with wildlife and the sound of running water. In addition, the location is perfect for anyone who wants to get to anywhere in the Bay Area, San Francisco included. The place itself was perfectly described and had everything I needed - most importantly a giant king bed and fast internet. The smell of the California forest in the quiet nights followed by a bright and clear sun in the mornings. One does need a car here. A lovely neighborhood with locals selling raspados and pupusas on the street corners. Trader Joe's close by along with all the necessary amenities. Easy access to the 80 and the 580 to get anywhere! A fantastic and responsive host - I will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Bob!

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

We really enjoyed our houseboat stay! unique and beautiful location. so much to do nearby and we even took Harold's recommendation to go on the seaplane excursion next door. Harold was a proactive communicator and assisted whenever needed. We will definitely come back for another peaceful stay on the bay!

Francisco and his team were absolutely amazing! The place was beautifully decorated, incredibly stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location—close to everything! The team was super responsive and accommodating, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. Linda’s Green Queen was beautiful with a mix of amazing antique furniture and modern conveniences. We had a great visit and it was so refreshing to come back each night to a beautiful and comforting place. The thoughtfulness in even the smallest details was noticeable and appreciated.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

Perfect place to stay in Alameda with young kids! Kimberly’s condo had a pack and play, highchair, and even toys for my young children to play with. The walk in closet was a great space to put the pack and play to add some separation for nap and overnight sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice location with many super markets (whole food, Walmart etc.) nearby. The place is neat and clean with all the things you need. The host is very kind and responsive.
